For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.
In this role, you will be responsible for customer-facing material support activities, coordinating spare parts, repair services and in-service support. You will work closely with procurement, logistics and customer management to ensure reliable and efficient order fulfilment.
Your tasks
- Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding material support requests and order fulfilment
- Obtain pricing information and prepare quotations and customer price lists
- Manage customer orders for spare parts, repairs and in-service support
- Follow up procurement activities and mitigate risks related to spare parts and repair services
- Coordinate material returns and warranty cases until handover to customer management
- Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time and efficient order processing
Your profile
- Master’s degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a comparable discipline
- More than three years of experience in customer service, material procurement, supply chain or logistics
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Strong customer focus, communication skills and sound understanding of logistics processes
- Structured, independent and team-oriented working style
- Business fluent English; German skills are an advantage
