Supply Chain Specialist / Supply Officer (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

Sie unterstützen operative Supply-Chain-Prozesse im industriellen Umfeld und arbeiten an der stabilen Materialversorgung sowie der Steuerung logistischer Abläufe.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Unterstützung der Auftragsabwicklung und operativen Supply-Chain-Steuerung
• Pflege und Verwaltung auftragsbezogener Daten im ERP-System
• Analyse von Verzögerungen und Priorisierung nach Bedarf der Montagelinien
• Steuerung von Maßnahmen bei Fehlteilen, Nachrüstungen und Logistikthemen
• Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen zur Prozessverbesserung
• Überwachung von Beständen, Performance und Rückführungslogistik

Ihr Profil
• Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain, Logistik oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung in Disposition, Beschaffung oder operativer Supply Chain
• Kenntnisse in SAP und digitalen Arbeitsumgebungen
• Strukturierte, belastbare und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit im internationalen Umfeld
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

You will support operational supply chain activities in an industrial environment and contribute to stable material flow and logistics performance.

Your tasks
• Support order handling and operational supply chain activities
• Maintain and manage order-related data in the ERP system
• Analyze delays and prioritize according to production line needs
• Drive action plans for shortages, retrofit delays and logistics issues
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal interfaces to improve processes
• Monitor inventories, performance and return logistics activities

Your profile
• Degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics or similar
• Experience in disposition, procurement or operational supply chain
• Knowledge of SAP and digital working environments
• Structured, resilient and self-dependent way of working
• Strong communication skills and team spirit in an international setting
• Fluent German and English skills
