IHRE AUFGABEN

• Durchführung und Unterstützung der Change- und Problem-Report-Management Prozessen
• Überwachung und Korrektur aller CM deliverables
• Unterstützung bei der Definition neuer Funktionalitäten in CM Tools
• Definition und Erarbeitung gemeinsamer Life-Cycle Prozesse für eine umfassende CM kontrollierte Produkt Entwicklung
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von CM Exchange Boards
• Interface Position zwischen den internationalen Entwicklungs- und CM-Abteilungen
• Koordination und Strukturierung der Inputs (Ideen und Konzepte)
• Teilnahme an Meetings zur Planung und Absprache von Änderungen
• Änderungskoordination zwischen den Bereichen Engineering, PMO, Produktion und ILS
• Erstellen und Prüfen von Änderungsanträgen für die Bereiche Airframe Design und Systems Engineering
• Teilnahme an internen und externen CCBs und Nachrüstbesprechungen
• Pflege und Überarbeitung der CM- Handbücher und CM- Standards
• Prüfung und Anpassung der CM Prozesse auf jetzige und zukünftige Anforderungen
• Auswertung und Überwachung von Datenbanken bezüglich Terminverfolgung
• Anlegen und Freigaben von Dokumenten im PDM- System
• Archivierung von originalen Aufzeichnungen und Dokumenten

IHR PROFIL

Studium

• Vergleichbare Qualifikation mindestens Bachelor-Studiengang
• oder Informatik mindestens Bachelor-Studiengang
• oder Ingenieurwesen mindestens Bachelor-Studiengang

Berufserfahrung

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Configuration Management

Sprachkenntnisse

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher
• Englisch verhandlungssicher
• Spanisch und/oder Französisch von Vorteil

IT

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Configuration Management unter Berücksichtigung eines kompletten E2E-Prozesses
• Erfahrung mit Reporting-Konzepten und -Tools
• Kenntnisse in ALM- und PLM-Systemen von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in OpenText/MicroFocus-Produkten (z. B. Dimensions, Octane)
• Verständnis von Produktionsabläufen (Engineering / Design / Manufacturing / In-Service)
• Erfahrung im Product Lifecycle Management
• Gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Software-Tools
• Kenntnisse in PLM-Tools wie PDM Teamcenter und PCMS von Vorteil

Whether you have extensive experience, are a university graduate, have a specialized apprenticeship, or have a solid technical background – motivation, team spirit, and expertise are what count for us.

YOUR TASKS

• Implementation and support of change and problem report management processes
• Monitoring and correcting all CM deliverables
• Support in defining new functionalities in CM tools
• Definition and development of common lifecycle processes for comprehensive CM-controlled product development
• Preparation and implementation of CM Exchange Boards
• Interface position between the international development and CM departments
• Coordination and structuring of inputs (ideas and concepts)
• Participation in meetings to plan and agree on changes
• Change coordination between Engineering, PMO, Production, and ILS
• Preparation and review of change requests for Airframe Design and Systems Engineering
• Participation in internal and external CCBs and retrofit meetings
• Maintenance and revision of CM manuals and CM standards
• Review and adaptation of CM processes to current and future requirements
• Evaluation and monitoring of databases for deadline tracking
• Creation and approval of documents in the PDM system
• Archiving of original records and documents

YOUR PROFILE

Education

• Comparable qualification (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• or Computer Science (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• or Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree)

Professional Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Configuration Management

Language Skills

• Fluent in German
• Fluent in English
• Spanish and/or French is an advantage

IT

• In-depth knowledge of Configuration Management, including a complete E2E process
• Experience with reporting concepts and tools
• Knowledge of ALM and PLM systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of OpenText/MicroFocus products (e.g., Dimensions, Octane)
• Understanding of production processes (engineering/design/manufacturing/in-service)
• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management
• Good knowledge of common software tools
• Knowledge of PLM tools such as PDM Teamcenter and PCMS is an advantage
