Als Product Life Cycle Specialist beschäftigen Sie sich mit der Sicherstellung von Zuverlässigkeit, Instandhaltung, Systemverfügbarkeit und Prüfbarkeit komplexer Systeme über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus. Weitere Schwerpunkte liegen im Obsoleszenz Management, in der Logistic Support Analysis sowie in der Entwicklung logistischer und servicebezogener Lösungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyse von Produkteigenschaften auf Systemebene sowie Planung, Design und Definition von Maßnahmen für Zuverlässigkeit, effiziente Materialerhaltung/Instandhaltung, Systemverfügbarkeit und -prüfbarkeit im Rahmen der Logistic Support Analysis (LSA)
• Unterstützung bei der Positionierung und Etablierung des Obsoleszenz Managements im Unternehmen
• Federführende Erarbeitung technischer und kostenbezogener Lösungswege sowie Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen durch Bewertung von Obsoleszenzmeldungen und Vorschlag von Handlungsmöglichkeiten im Team sowie bei Bedarf mit Lieferanten
• Moderation und Durchführung von Obsoleszenz-Besprechungen sowie Dokumentation und Fortschrittskontrolle von Aktionen bis zum prozesskonformen Abschluss
• Definition logistischer Anforderungen und der Supporteigenschaften von Systemen und Geräten
• Mitarbeit an Instandhaltungskonzepten sowie Erarbeitung notwendiger Instandhaltungsaufgaben, Test- und Prüfausstattungen und Verpackungs-, Lager- und Transportvorgaben
• Erstellung von Ersatzteilvorschlägen
• Mitarbeit an der Berechnung von Lebenszykluskosten (LCC) sowie bei der Erstellung und Betreuung von LSA-Datenbanken
• Begleitung der Produktentwicklung aus Servicesicht und Beeinflussung des Produktdesigns hinsichtlich Serviceaspekten
• Gegebenenfalls Durchführung logistischer Analysen und Berechnungen zur Optimierung und zum Nachweis logistischer Produkteigenschaften auf Systemebene

Ihr Profil

• Bachelorabschluss in Physik, Elektrotechnik oder einem technischen Studiengang beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation auf mindestens Bachelorniveau
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher
• Erfahrung in Mechanik, Elektronik sowie im Konfigurations- und Datenbankmanagement ist von Vorteil
• Erfahrung mit relevanten LSA-Tools, z. B. Relyence oder S-Tools, sowie mit SAP und MS Office ist von Vorteil
• IT- und Datenbankkompetenz
• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, hohes Interesse an der Analyse technischer Eigenschaften und konzeptioneller Arbeit sowie Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

As a Product Life Cycle Specialist, you focus on ensuring the reliability, maintainability, system availability and testability of complex systems throughout the product life cycle. Further key areas include obsolescence management, Logistic Support Analysis and the development of logistics and service-related solutions.

Your tasks

• Analyze product characteristics at system level and plan, design and define measures to ensure reliability, efficient material preservation/maintenance, system availability and testability within Logistic Support Analysis (LSA)
• Support the positioning and establishment of obsolescence management within the company
• Take the lead in developing technical and cost-related solutions and prepare decision documents by assessing obsolescence notifications and proposing courses of action within the team and, where required, with suppliers
• Moderate and conduct obsolescence meetings and document and monitor actions through to the process-compliant closure of obsolescence cases
• Define logistics requirements and support characteristics of systems and equipment
• Contribute to maintenance concepts and develop the required maintenance tasks, test and inspection equipment as well as packaging, storage and transport specifications
• Prepare spare parts proposals
• Contribute to life cycle cost (LCC) calculations and to the creation and maintenance of LSA databases
• Support product development from a service perspective and influence product design with regard to service aspects
• Where applicable, perform logistics analyses and calculations to optimize and demonstrate logistics product characteristics at system level

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in physics, electrical engineering or another technical field, or a comparable qualification at least at Bachelor’s level
• At least business-fluent German and English
• Experience in mechanics, electronics as well as configuration and database management is beneficial
• Experience with relevant LSA tools, e.g. Relyence or S-Tools, as well as SAP and MS Office is beneficial
• IT and database competence
• Strong technical understanding, high interest in analyzing technical characteristics and conceptual work as well as teamwork, strong communication skills and a high level of responsibility
