Gesucht wird ein NC-Programmierer für hochmoderne Produktionssysteme mit Schwerpunkt auf Composite- und Metallkomponenten. Die Rolle umfasst die Erstellung, Simulation, Validierung und Integration von NC-Programmen für Systeme wie Automated Fiber Placement und Nietanlagen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung von NC-Programmen für hochmoderne Produktionssysteme mit Fokus auf Composite- und Metallkomponenten gemäß den Spezifikationen von Engineering und Manufacturing, z. B. für Automated Fiber Placement (AFP) und Nietanlagen
• Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung von NC-Programmen sowie Simulation der programmierten Daten mit den entsprechenden Tools
• Durchführung von Machbarkeitsanalysen sowie Beratung von Engineering und Manufacturing
• Beratung und Unterstützung von Entwicklungs- und Technologieprojekten sowie Entwicklung von Lösungsstrategien
• Validierung und Optimierung der relevanten Achsdynamiken, Zyklen, Bewegungsführungs- und CAM-Systeme
• Entwicklung und Durchführung von Tests sowie Integration der NC-Programme in das Distributionssystem (DNC)
• Teilnahme an Demonstrationstests mit Arbeitsvorbereitung, Qualitätssicherung und Produktion sowie Betreuung der Serienproduktion
• Erstellung von Basisdaten für Fertigungshilfsmittel und Vorrichtungen
• Festlegung von Materialzuschnitten mit Spann- und Fixierbohrungen
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Spezifikationen für externe Dienstleister sowie technische Unterstützung bei Fremdvergaben

Ihr Profil

• Mindestens Bachelorabschluss in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau oder einem technischen Studiengang beziehungsweise eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung; Kenntnisse in der Luft- und Raumfahrt sind bevorzugt
• Erfahrung im Manufacturing Engineering mit Nietanlagen ist zwingend erforderlich
• Erfahrung mit Anlagentests und Simulationen ist von Vorteil
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in SAP und CATIA V5 sowie erforderliche Erfahrung mit CAD-Tools
• Erfahrung mit OLPS ist von großem Vorteil; Kenntnisse in Vericot als Simulationstool sind von Vorteil
• Deutsch mindestens verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens versiert
• Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Überzeugungskraft und Eigeninitiative

We are looking for an NC Programmer for advanced production systems focusing on composite and metallic components. The role covers the creation, simulation, validation and integration of NC programs for systems such as Automated Fiber Placement and riveting systems.

Your tasks

• Create NC programs for advanced production systems focusing on composite and metallic components in accordance with engineering and manufacturing specifications, e.g. for Automated Fiber Placement (AFP) and riveting systems
• Ensure the timely delivery of NC programs and simulate programmed data using the relevant tools
• Perform feasibility analyses and advise engineering and manufacturing
• Advise and support development and technology projects and develop solution strategies
• Validate and optimize the relevant axis dynamics, cycles, motion control and CAM systems
• Develop and perform tests and integrate NC programs into the distribution system (DNC)
• Participate in demonstration tests with work preparation, quality assurance and production and support series production
• Create basic data for manufacturing aids and fixtures
• Define material cuts with clamping and fixing holes
• Contribute to the preparation of specifications for external service providers and provide technical support for externally assigned work

Your profile

• At least a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or a technical discipline, or a comparable qualification at least at bachelor’s level
• More than three years of professional experience; aerospace knowledge is preferred
• Manufacturing engineering experience with riveting systems is mandatory
• Experience with equipment tests and simulations is advantageous
• Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP and CATIA V5 as well as required experience with CAD tools
• Experience with OLPS is highly advantageous; knowledge of Vericot as a simulation tool is advantageous
• At least negotiation-level proficiency in German and proficient English
• Teamwork and communication skills, assertiveness, persuasiveness and initiative
