In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie Beschaffungsaktivitäten für regionale Operations. Sie steuern Ausschreibungen, verhandeln Verträge, managen Risiken und stellen eine leistungsfähige Lieferkette im Einklang mit Airbus-Strategien sicher.

Your tasks

• Durchführung und Unterstützung von Sourcing-Projekten (Call for Tender) für Produkte und Services auf nationaler Ebene, divisions- und standortübergreifend

• Beschaffung u. a. in den Bereichen Occupational Health, Employee Transportation, Printing Services, Local Airport Services, National Security

• Betreuung von Capex-Projekten (industrielle Instandhaltung, Maschinen, Tooling & Transport Jigs, Produktionsverbrauchsmaterial und -equipment)

• Koordination multifunktionaler Teams während Ausschreibungen

• Risiko- und Vertragsmanagement inkl. Verhandlung, Erstellung und Steuerung von Verträgen

• Sicherstellung der Vertragserfüllung (Kosten, Termine, Qualität)

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer effizienten Supply Chain gemäß Airbus-Anforderungen

• Umsetzung der definierten Beschaffungsstrategien der Commodities und MFTs

• Strategischer Austausch mit MFTs und Commodities zur Strategieentwicklung

• Beitrag zu Kostenoptimierungsprogrammen (Demand Management, Harmonisierung/Standardisierung, Konsolidierung)

• Mitarbeit in nationalen und transnationalen Beschaffungsprojekten innerhalb des PJL-Scopes

Your profile

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor) z. B. Technik, Supply Chain/Logistics oder Betriebswirtschaft

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement und Projektmanagement

• Strukturierte, analytische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen

• Teamorientiert, interkulturell erfahren

• Erste Erfahrung mit SAP sowie Beschaffungstools (z. B. Click’n Buy/BySide) und Google Workspace

• Englisch verhandlungssicher (Pflicht), Deutsch verhandlungssicher

In this role, you are responsible for regional procurement activities. You lead tenders, negotiate contracts, manage risks, and ensure an efficient supply chain aligned with Airbus strategies.

Your tasks

• Executing and supporting sourcing projects (Call for Tender) across divisions and sites at national level

• Managing categories such as occupational health, employee transportation, printing services, local airport services, and national security

• Handling Capex sourcing (industrial maintenance, machinery, tooling & transport jigs, consumables, and equipment)

• Coordinating multifunctional teams during tenders

• Contract negotiation, drafting, and lifecycle management

• Ensuring contractual performance (cost, time, quality)

• Developing and maintaining an efficient supply chain in line with Airbus objectives

• Applying procurement strategies defined by commodities and MFTs

• Strategic alignment and input exchange with MFTs and commodities

• Contributing to cost-saving initiatives (demand management, standardization, consolidation)

• Collaborating on national and transnational procurement projects within the PJL scope

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain/logistics, or business administration

• Several years of experience in procurement, supplier management, and project management

• Strong analytical, structured, and results-oriented working style

• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills

• Team player with multicultural awareness

• Initial experience with SAP, procurement tools (e.g. Click’n Buy/BySide), and Google Workspace

• Fluent English (mandatory); fluent German
