In dieser Rolle beraten Sie Management und Fachbereiche als HR Business Partner und unterstützen strategische Personalthemen im Umfeld der Final Assembly Line.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Implementierung wichtiger Veränderungen aus der HR-Strategie und relevanter HR-Prozesse

• Beratung von Management und Fachbereichen zu strategischen Personal- und Organisationsthemen

• Förderung und Begleitung der Entwicklung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorgaben sowie Ethics & Compliance Standards

• Harmonisierung von Vergütungs-, Einstellungs- und Sozialleistungsrichtlinien im Konzernkontext

• Unterstützung bei HR-Kennzahlen, Reporting und Zusammenarbeit mit Sozialpartnern

Ihr Profil

• Studium in Recht, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften, BWL oder HR oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner oder im Personalwesen von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und digitalen HR-Tools, Workday ist ein Plus

• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

In this role, you advise management and business units as an HR Business Partner and support strategic people topics within the Final Assembly Line environment.

Your tasks

• Implementing key changes from the HR strategy and relevant HR processes

• Advising leaders and business stakeholders on strategic HR and organizational topics

• Supporting development initiatives for managers and employees

• Ensuring compliance with labor law, internal policies and ethics standards

• Harmonizing compensation, hiring and social benefit guidelines in line with company goals

• Supporting HR reporting, KPI analysis and cooperation with social partners

Your profile

• Degree in law, psychology, social sciences, business or HR-related fields

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in HR environments

• Confident use of SAP and digital HR tools; Workday is a plus

• Structured, proactive and results-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and trust-based collaboration

• Fluent German and English skills
