In dieser Position arbeiten Sie an unbemannten Luftfahrtsystemen und übernehmen Integration, Prüfung und Instandhaltung von Drohnen- und Payload-Baugruppen im Fertigungs- und Einsatzumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Integration und Endprüfung von Zieldarstellungsdrohnen und Baugruppen

• Montage mechanischer und elektronischer Standardkomponenten

• Reparatur, Wartung und Instandsetzung von Drohnensystemen

• Abgleich und Integration von Payload-Baugruppen inkl. Crimp- und Lötarbeiten

• Abnahmeprüfung der gefertigten Baugruppen und Systeme

• Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme von Bodengeräten sowie Unterstützung vor Ort

Ihr Profil

• Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker/in, Elektroniker/in, Mechaniker/in oder vergleichbar

• Erfahrung in Fertigung, Luftfahrtmechanik oder Mechatronik von Vorteil

• Praktische Kenntnisse in Montage, Prüfung oder Instandhaltung

• Teamorientierte, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch versiert

In this role, you will work on unmanned aerospace systems, supporting integration, testing and maintenance of target drone and payload assemblies in production and operational environments.

Your tasks

• Integrate and perform final testing of target drones and assemblies

• Install mechanical and electronic standard components

• Carry out repair, maintenance and overhaul activities on drone systems

• Integrate payload assemblies including crimping and soldering tasks

• Perform acceptance tests of manufactured modules and systems

• Set up ground equipment and support on-site integration activities

Your profile

• Vocational training as mechatronics technician, electronics technician, mechanic or comparable

• Experience in aerospace mechanics, production or mechatronics is a plus

• Hands-on skills in assembly, inspection or maintenance

• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and strong team spirit

• Fluent German and proficient English
