Sie übernehmen den technischen Rollout sowie den stabilen Betrieb komplexer Netzwerk- und Firewall-Infrastrukturen in sicherheitskritischen Kommunikationsumgebungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Installation, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Netzwerk- und Firewall-Infrastrukturlösungen

• Sicherstellung einer performanten, stabilen und hochverfügbaren Netzwerkinfrastruktur

• Analyse, Klassifizierung und Behebung komplexer Netzwerkstörungen im Rahmen des Incident Managements

• Mitarbeit im Change-, Release- und Configuration-Management

• Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich

• Mitarbeit in technischen Projekten im Umfeld sicherer Kommunikationssysteme

Im Projektumfeld arbeiten Sie an professionellen Mobilfunk- und IT-Lösungen für sicherheitskritische Anwendungen. Diese Netze werden international eingesetzt und erfüllen höchste Anforderungen an Verfügbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Betriebssicherheit.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit IT-Bezug

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Planung, Administration und Betrieb von Netzwerk- und Firewall-Infrastrukturen

• Fundierte Erfahrung in Netzwerktechnik sowie TCP/IP

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Switching- und Routing-Protokollen, z. B. BGP und OSPF

• Erfahrung im Netzwerk-Troubleshooting mit Standard-Tools wie tcpdump oder Wireshark

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Eigenständige, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

• Teamfähigkeit und sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

You will be responsible for the rollout and stable operation of complex network and firewall infrastructures in security-critical communication environments.

Your tasks

• Installation, configuration and operation of network and firewall infrastructure solutions

• Ensuring high performance, stability and availability of network environments

• Analysis, classification and resolution of complex network incidents within incident management

• Participation in change, release and configuration management

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation within your area of responsibility

• Contribution to technical projects in the field of secure communications

Within the project environment, you will work on professional mobile radio and IT solutions for mission-critical applications. These networks are deployed internationally and are designed for maximum reliability, availability and operational security.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training with an IT background

• Very good knowledge in planning, administration and operation of network and firewall infrastructures

• Solid experience in network technologies and TCP/IP

• Very good knowledge of switching and routing protocols, e.g. BGP and OSPF

• Experience in network troubleshooting using standard tools such as tcpdump or Wireshark

• Very good German and English language skills

• Independent, analytical and structured working style

• Strong service and customer orientation

• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
