Gesucht wird ein erfahrener Projektmanager zur Unterstützung industrieller Projekte und Strategien. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Projektplanung und -steuerung, dem Risiko- und Ressourcenmanagement sowie der Kommunikation mit Sponsoren und Stakeholdern.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Definition des Projektumfangs und der Projektziele in Abstimmung mit Sponsoren und Stakeholdern zur Unterstützung der industriellen Strategie
• Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Zeitplänen und Statusberichten
• Überwachung des Projektfortschritts sowie Identifikation potenzieller Risiken und Probleme
• Koordination von Meetings, Workshops und Kommunikationsflüssen innerhalb der Projekte
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Projektprozessen und -richtlinien
• Dokumentation von Projektentscheidungen, Ergebnissen und Lessons Learned
• Aufbereitung von Daten und Erstellung von Präsentationen für Stakeholder
• Unterstützung bei der Ressourcenplanung und beim Budgetmanagement

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Projektmanagement oder Ingenieurwesen beziehungsweise in einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
• Mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in Fertigung beziehungsweise Produktion
• Mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in einer PMO-Rolle
• Produktionserfahrung
• Technischer Hintergrund ist von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte IT-Kenntnisse einschließlich SAP, Google Workspace und MS Office
• Kenntnisse der Detailfunktionen von SAP und MS Office
• Deutsch mindestens verhandlungssicher beziehungsweise fließend und Englisch mindestens versiert, jeweils in Wort und Schrift
• Offene und aufgeschlossene Art sowie Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
• Problemlösungskompetenz und Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support industrial projects and strategies. The focus is on project planning and control, risk and resource management and communication with sponsors and stakeholders.

Your tasks

• Define the project scope and objectives in coordination with sponsors and stakeholders to support the industrial strategy
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules and status reports
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and communication flows within the projects
• Ensure compliance with project processes and guidelines
• Document project decisions, results and lessons learned
• Prepare data and create presentations for stakeholders
• Support resource planning and budget management

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering or a comparable field
• More than five years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
• More than five years of professional experience in project management
• Proven experience in project management or a PMO role
• Production experience
• A technical background is an advantage
• Strong IT knowledge, including SAP, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of detailed SAP and Microsoft Office functions
• German at least at negotiation or fluent level and English at least at an advanced level, both written and spoken
• Open and approachable manner as well as reliability, teamwork skills and flexibility
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
