Central Programme Manager Single Aisle (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this position, you will manage central programme activities within the Single Aisle environment. Your responsibilities cover planning, milestones, costs, risks, baselines and collaboration across multifunctional teams.

Your tasks

• Manage programme planning and milestones
• Support cost management activities
• Prepare and maintain risk management plans
• Prepare programme reviews
• Manage customer-value topics as well as programme baselines and their evolution
• Coordinate collaboration and communication between multifunctional teams, including engineering

Your profile

• Master’s or Diplom degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, international management or economics
• More than four years of professional experience in each of finance, customer service and project management as well as more than two years of professional experience in process improvement
• Stakeholder management experience is mandatory
• Good knowledge of change management and risk management
• Knowledge of the AIRBUS environment and business is a plus; knowledge of Planisware is also a plus
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• English skills at least at negotiation level are required; French language skills are a plus
• Proven analytical experience, particularly in an engineering context, strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a diverse and multicultural team
• Availability to travel approximately once per month, mainly to Toulouse
