Die Position unterstützt die Qualitätsprüfung und Materialsteuerung im Umfeld NH90-spezifischer militärischer Materialien. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangsqualität, SAP/SASPF-Anwendung, Dokumentenprüfung und OTQ-bezogenem Materialfluss.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Prüfung und Übernahme von NH90-Materialien und zugehörigen Lieferdokumenten im Wareneingang und Warenausgang
• Erstellung, Prüfung und Stempelung von ZK-Anhängern im Bundeswehr-Regelungsraum
• Verlängerung von Materiallaufzeiten und Lagerzeiten in Abstimmung mit relevanten Datenquellen
• Anwendung von SASPF/SAP sowie Übertragung und Pflege qualitätsrelevanter Daten
• Klärung und Behebung von Non-Conformities an Material oder Dokumentation
• Unterstützung von OTQ- und Performance-Auswertungen im Materialfluss

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Meisterqualifikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Fertigung, Produktion, Qualitätsmanagement, Qualitätssicherung oder Supply Chain/Logistik
• Kenntnisse in Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangsprüfung sowie sicherer Umgang mit technischen Dokumenten
• SAP-Kenntnisse auf Ebene von Detailfunktionen, SASPF-Erfahrung von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse von Bundeswehrvorschriften sind ein Plus
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens versiert

Quality Inspector Incoming & Outgoing Goods NH90 (m/f/d) – AIRBUS

HESYS has been supporting demanding projects in the aerospace and high-tech environment for more than 25 years. We combine technical expertise with practical project support in complex industrial projects. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

The role supports quality inspection and material flow control for NH90-specific military materials. The focus is on incoming and outgoing goods quality, SAP/SASPF usage, document checks and OTQ-related material flow.

Your tasks

• Inspect and take over NH90 materials and related delivery documents for incoming and outgoing goods
• Create, check and stamp ZK material tags within the Bundeswehr regulatory environment
• Extend material service life and storage periods in coordination with relevant data sources
• Use SASPF/SAP and maintain quality-related material and process data
• Clarify and resolve non-conformities related to material or documentation
• Support OTQ and performance analyses within the material flow

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training with master craftsman qualification or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in manufacturing, production, quality management, quality assurance or supply chain/logistics
• Knowledge of incoming and outgoing goods inspection and confident handling of technical documents
• SAP knowledge at detailed function level; SASPF experience is beneficial
• Knowledge of Bundeswehr regulations is a plus
• Business fluent German and at least advanced English skills
