In dieser Position führen Sie Strukturarbeiten an modernen Flugzeugkomponenten aus Faserverbundwerkstoffen durch und unterstützen die Montage von Baugruppen im Umfeld der A350-Fertigung.
Ihre Aufgaben
Durchführung von Struktur- und Montagearbeiten an CFK/GFK Flugzeugbauteilen
Herstellung und Montage von Nietverbindungen und Baugruppen nach Zeichnungen
Vorbereitung von Aufträgen, Bauteilen und Fertigungsmitteln für die Montage
Positionierung und Fixierung von Strukturkomponenten am Bauplatz
Montage und Dokumentation von Bauteilen und Baugruppen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Luftfahrtnormen
Ihr Profil
Berufsausbildung im technischen oder metallverarbeitenden Bereich (z. B. Mechanik, Luftfahrt, Handwerk)
Erste Erfahrung in Produktion oder Strukturmontage von Vorteil
Sorgfältige, verantwortungsbewusste und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Fähigkeit, konzentriert und selbstständig zu arbeiten
Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit
Deutsch sicher, Englisch Grundlagen

In this role, you will perform structural assembly work on advanced composite aircraft components and support the installation of assemblies within the A350 production environment.
Your tasks
Carry out structural and assembly work on CFRP/GFRP aircraft components
Manufacture and install riveted joints and assemblies based on drawings
Prepare orders, parts and tools for efficient installation processes
Position and fix structural components at the workstation
Assemble and document aircraft parts and sub-assemblies
Ensure compliance with quality standards and aerospace regulations
Your profile
Vocational training in a technical or metalworking field (mechanics, aerospace, crafts)
Initial experience in manufacturing or structural assembly is a plus
Careful, responsible and quality-focused working style
Ability to work independently and with concentration
Willingness to work in a three-shift system
Confident German, basic English
