Konfigurationsmanager (m/w/d) – Luftfahrt & Produktdatenmanagement

Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich Konfigurations- und Produktdatenmanagement suchen wir Sie als Konfigurationsmanager (m/w/d) – Luftfahrt & Produktdatenmanagement am Standort Taufkirchen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung, Bearbeitung, Abstimmung und Verfolgung von Aktivitäten im Produktvarianten- und Konfigurationsmanagement

• Durchführung von Release Boards zur Freigabe technischer Datenpakete

• Planung, Bearbeitung und Durchführung interner und externer Änderungen

• Erstellung von Produktstrukturen sowie Definition und Verwaltung von Produktvarianten in Abstimmung mit Entwicklung und Programm

• Definition und Festlegung interner und externer Schnittstellen

• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen (z. B. Konstruktion/Entwicklung, Projektleitung, Logistik, Produktion)

• Bildung von Baselines und Erstellung technischer Datenpakete

• Sicherstellung der standortübergreifenden Anwendung des Konfigurationsprozesses

• Teilnahme an Reviews und Audits

• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statusberichten

• Mitarbeit in internen und externen internationalen Projektteams

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, mind. Bachelor)

• Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Projektteams in Entwicklung und Fertigung wünschenswert

• Kenntnisse in Luftfahrttechnik (Verfahren & Standards) von Vorteil

• Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung und Software-Konfigurationsmanagement wünschenswert

• Erfahrung im Konfigurationsmanagement (KM) oder Qualitätsmanagement (QM) oder in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit wünschenswert

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)

• Präsentationsstärke vor internationalen Kunden und Partnern

• Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit Kunden und Auftragnehmern (intern/extern)

• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit

For an assignment in the field of Configuration & Product Data Management, we are looking for a Configuration Manager (m/f/d) – Aerospace & Product Data Management at the Taufkirchen site.

Your tasks

• Plan, coordinate and monitor activities in product variant and configuration management

• Conduct release boards to approve technical data packages

• Plan, process and implement internal and external changes

• Create product structures and define/manage product variants in coordination with engineering and programme management

• Define and establish internal and external interfaces

• Collaborate with various departments (e.g. design/engineering, project management, logistics, production)

• Establish baselines and create technical data packages

• Ensure site-wide application of the configuration process

• Participate in reviews and audits

• Prepare evaluations and status reports

• Contribute to internal and external international project teams

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or equivalent

• Experience working in project teams with development and manufacturing desirable

• Knowledge of aerospace technologies (processes & standards) advantageous

• Knowledge of software development and software configuration management desirable

• Experience in configuration management (CM), quality management (QM) or similar fields desirable

• German: fluent

• English: fluent

• Strong presentation skills for international customers and partners

• Negotiation skills with customers and contractors (internal/external)

• Independent, structured working style, strong communication and teamwork skills, assertiveness
