Sie unterstützen Projekt- und Programmaktivitäten im industriellen Ramp-up-Umfeld und sorgen für Transparenz und Steuerbarkeit in Zeit, Kosten, Ressourcen und Qualität.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Integration und Analyse von Termin-, Kosten-, Ressourcen- und Qualitätsdaten

• Projekt- und Terminplanung inklusive Struktur- und Meilensteinplanung

• Risiko- und Chancenmanagement sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

• Fortschrittsüberwachung, Reporting und Unterstützung von Phasenreviews

• Anwendung und Umsetzung von Projektmanagement-Prozessen und -Tools

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieur-, Wirtschafts- oder Managementumfeld

• Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projektmanagement oder Produktion

• Grundkenntnisse in Risiko-, Change- oder Prozessmanagement

• Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your tasks

• Integration and analysis of schedule, cost, resource, and quality data

• Project and schedule planning including milestone structures

• Risk and opportunity management and follow-up of mitigation actions

• Performance tracking, reporting, and support of phase reviews

• Application of project management processes and tools

Your profile

• Completed degree in engineering, business, or a comparable field

• Initial to several years of experience in project management or production

• Basic knowledge of risk, change, or process management

• Structured, responsible, and team-oriented working style

• Business-fluent German and English skills
