Project Management Officer (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

HESYS Engineering is a reliable partner for aerospace and high-tech projects with over 25 years of experience. We support demanding development, integration and testing activities in complex technical environments. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

You support project management activities in complex unmanned aircraft system projects, focusing on coordination, reporting and process stability.

Your tasks

• Establish and maintain project management processes, tools and standards
• Support project planning, progress tracking, risk management and reporting
• Ensure consistency and quality of project documentation and reports
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, stakeholders and partners
• Monitor project performance and initiate corrective actions when needed
• Prepare management reports and support continuous PMO improvements

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in project management or PMO environments
• Strong knowledge of project management methods and tools
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira or similar systems
• Structured working style and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Business fluent English and strong communication skills
