Für unsere OPTARION®-Produktfamilie im Umfeld Softwareentwicklung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Systemingenieur (m/w/d) – Plattformentwicklung / Missionssysteme am Standort Immenstaad.

Der OPTARION® Agile Release Train verantwortet die Weiterentwicklung einer Missionsplanungslösung für Helikopter und überzeugt mit innovativen Lösungen über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von der Ermittlung der Kundenanforderungen bis zur Installation und Integration beim Endkunden.
In dieser Position im Team Voice/IT-HW/Plattform (VIP) gestalten und implementieren Sie aktiv die technische Basis der neuesten Plattformgeneration. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung in Architektur, Automatisierung und Betrieb moderner Systemumgebungen und arbeiten dabei nach agilen DevOps-Prinzipien.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Ableitung und Konzeption von Systemarchitekturen sowie Überführung von Kunden- und Vertragsanforderungen in technische Konzepte (Epics/User Stories)

• Verantwortung für systemweite Fehleranalysen und Troubleshooting

• Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege der Windows-Server- und Client-Landschaften (physisch und virtuell)

• Automatisierung der Infrastruktur und Deployment-Prozesse mittels Infrastructure as Code (IaC) und Desired State Configuration (DSC)

• Entwicklung von Skripten und Automatisierungslösungen (z. B. PowerShell)

• Einsatz moderner Container-Technologien (z. B. Docker)

• Sicherstellung von Security- und Verschlüsselungsanforderungen

• Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams im Rahmen des OPTARION® Agile Release Trains

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Naturwissenschaften oder vergleichbar (mind. Bachelor)

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in System- und Softwareentwicklung

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Infrastructure as Code (IaC) mit DSC (Desired State Configuration)

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Windows-Server- und Client-Administration

• Sicherer Umgang mit PowerShell

• Erfahrung mit Linux, Security und Verschlüsselungstechnologien wünschenswert

• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher

• Englisch: verhandlungssicher

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamorientierung

• Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit

System Engineer (f/m/d) – Platform Development / Mission Systems (OPTARION®)

For our OPTARION® product family in the field of software development, we are looking for a System Engineer (f/m/d) – Platform Development / Mission Systems at our customer’s site in Immenstaad.

The OPTARION® Agile Release Train is responsible for advancing a mission planning solution for helicopters, providing innovative solutions throughout the product lifecycle – from requirement definition and design to system integration at the customer’s site.
In this role within the Voice/IT-HW/Platform (VIP) team, you will design and implement the technical foundation of the next-generation platform while contributing to automation, system operation, and architecture development in a modern DevOps environment.

Your tasks

• Define and design system architectures and translate customer and contractual requirements into technical concepts (Epics/User Stories)

• Take responsibility for system-wide troubleshooting and issue analysis

• Install, configure and maintain Windows server and client infrastructures (physical and virtual)

• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Desired State Configuration (DSC)

• Develop automation scripts (e.g. PowerShell) and utilize container technologies (e.g. Docker)

• Ensure compliance with security and encryption requirements

• Collaborate within cross-functional teams in the OPTARION® Agile Release Train

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences or a related field (at least Bachelor’s level)

• Several years of experience in system and software development

• Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Desired State Configuration (DSC)

• Strong experience in Windows server and client administration

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting

• Experience with Linux, security and encryption technologies desirable

• Very good command of MS Office

• Fluent in German and English

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Independent, structured and responsible working style
