Sie steuern Retrofit- und Lieferkettenaktivitäten im internationalen Luftfahrtumfeld. Dabei verbinden Sie Programmziele mit technischer Umsetzung und industrieller Machbarkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

– Planung und Industrialisierung der Supply Chain für Retrofit-Programme
– Übersetzung von Programmzielen in umsetzbare Anforderungen für Einkauf und Lieferkette
– Steuerung technischer Lösungen im Retrofit-Umfeld in Abstimmung mit Engineering und Programm
– Sicherstellung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen im Retrofit-Prozess
– Abstimmung von Lieferantenkapazitäten sowie Unterstützung bei Verhandlungen
– Koordination aller Schnittstellen zwischen Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain und Kunden

Ihr Profil

– Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Umfeld, z. B. Supply Chain oder Logistik
– Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Supply Chain, Produktionsplanung, Einkauf oder Configuration Management
– Gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement und industriellen Prozessen
– Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und digitalen Kollaborationstools
– Verhandlungssicheres Englisch, Deutsch oder Französisch von Vorteil
– Strukturierte, eigenständige und kommunikationsstarke Arbeitsweise

You will manage retrofit and supply chain activities within an international aviation program. The role links program objectives with technical implementation and industrial execution.

Your tasks

– Industrialization of the supply chain for retrofit programs
– Translation of program targets into operational inputs for procurement and supply chain
– Deployment and coordination of technical retrofit solutions
– Alignment of cost, schedule and quality objectives within retrofit activities
– Support in supplier capacity alignment and negotiations
– Cross-functional coordination between engineering, procurement, supply chain and customers

Your profile

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics or business administration
– Several years of experience in supply chain, production planning, procurement or configuration management
– Solid understanding of project management and industrial processes
– Strong SAP knowledge and digital collaboration skills
– Fluent English, German or French is an advantage
– Structured and result-oriented working style with strong communication skills
