In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Fertigungsplanung und -steuerung für Einzelteile und Baugruppen. Sie planen Fertigungsmittel und Produktionskonzepte, optimieren Prozesse und stellen Materialverfügbarkeit sowie eine kosten-, termin- und qualitätsgerechte Produktion sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung, Beauftragung und Verwaltung von Fertigungsmitteln einschließlich Controlling sowie Entwicklung und Planung von Sonderfertigungsmitteln
• Neu- und Serienplanung von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen sowie Auswahl und Implementierung geeigneter Fertigungs- und Produktionskonzepte
• Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen und Produktionsdokumentationen sowie Analyse von Fertigungsproblemen und Einleitung nachhaltiger Abstellmaßnahmen
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsprozessen im Rahmen von CI/KVP sowie Entwicklung innovativer Fertigungskonzepte zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
• Vorbereitung und Abstimmung von Budget-, Ressourcen- und Investitionsplanungen (CAPEX) mit dem Finance-Bereich sowie Identifikation, Bewertung und Umsetzung von Cost-Improvement-Maßnahmen
• Koordination von Verbesserungsprozessen unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen sowie Disposition, Materialsteuerung, Sicherstellung der Bauteilverfügbarkeit und Werkstatt- und Bauplatzsteuerung
• Terminplanung und Terminüberwachung sowie Steuerung und Abstimmung der Produktionsabläufe mit internen und externen Schnittstellen

Ihr Profil

• Qualifikation mindestens auf Techniker-/Fachwirt-Niveau im Maschinenbau oder in einem technischen Studienbereich
• Erfahrung in der Fertigung beziehungsweise Fertigungssteuerung ist wünschenswert
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP/R3
• CATIA-V5-Kenntnisse mindestens auf dem Niveau von Kenntnissen der Detailfunktionen
• Deutsch mindestens verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens versiert
• Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge und Funktionsweisen schnell zu erkennen und zu analysieren
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will be responsible for production planning and control for individual parts and assemblies. You will plan manufacturing equipment and production concepts, optimize processes and ensure material availability as well as cost-, schedule- and quality-compliant production.

Your tasks

• Plan, commission and manage manufacturing equipment including the associated controlling and develop and plan special manufacturing equipment
• Perform new and serial production planning for individual parts and assemblies and select and implement suitable manufacturing and production concepts
• Create and maintain work plans and production documentation, analyse manufacturing problems and initiate sustainable corrective measures
• Continuously optimize and further develop production processes within CI/continuous improvement initiatives and develop innovative manufacturing concepts to increase efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness
• Prepare and coordinate budget, resource and investment planning (CAPEX) with the Finance department and identify, assess and implement cost improvement measures
• Coordinate improvement processes considering cost, schedule and quality targets and perform material planning, material control, component availability assurance and workshop and production area control
• Perform scheduling and schedule monitoring and coordinate production processes with internal and external interfaces

Your profile

• Qualification at least at technician/specialist level in mechanical engineering or a technical field
• Experience in manufacturing or production control is desirable
• Advanced application knowledge of SAP/R3
• CATIA V5 knowledge at least at the level of detailed functional knowledge
• Business-fluent German and at least proficient English skills
• Ability to quickly understand and analyse technical relationships and functionalities
• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style as well as strong communication skills for collaboration with contacts at all levels
