In dieser Rolle integrieren, montieren und prüfen Sie komplexe Radar-Systeme und Subsysteme für Marine-, Bodenradar- und elektronische Kampfführungsprodukte. Sie übernehmen außerdem Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Dokumentationsaufgaben und unterstützen die Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse.

Bitte beachten Sie: Die Einarbeitung erfolgt zunächst in Ulm. Anschließend wird der Arbeitsort voraussichtlich nach Laichingen verlagert.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Integration von Radar-Systemen und Subsystemen unter Einhaltung der Vorgaben für Zeit, Kosten und Qualität
• Montage und Verkabelung komplexer Baugruppen und Systeme gemäß dem jeweils aktuellen MDP
• Durchführung von Teilprüfungen, Reparaturen sowie Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an Radar-Systemen
• Erstellung mechanischer Fertigungsdokumentationen sowie Entwurf und Erstellung von Fertigungshilfsmitteln
• Durchführung technischer Klärungen mit Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsabteilungen sowie Erstellung von Qualitätsmeldungen in SAP
• Mitarbeit bei Prozess- und Ablaufoptimierungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektriker oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
• Kenntnisse in der Integration komplexer Baugruppen und Systeme sind erforderlich
• Berufserfahrung in der Produktion ist wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse von Detailfunktionen in MS Office und erforderliche Kenntnisse in SAP R/3
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
• Kommunikations-, Koordinations- und Integrationsfähigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer HENSOLDT, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will integrate, assemble and test complex radar systems and subsystems for naval, ground radar and electronic warfare products. You will also perform repair, maintenance and documentation activities and support the optimisation of manufacturing processes.

Please note: The initial training period will take place in Ulm. Afterwards, the place of work is expected to move to Laichingen.

Your tasks

• Integrate radar systems and subsystems in compliance with time, cost and quality requirements
• Assemble and wire complex assemblies and systems in accordance with the current MDP
• Perform partial tests, repairs, maintenance and servicing activities on radar systems
• Prepare mechanical manufacturing documentation and design and produce manufacturing aids
• Conduct technical clarifications with development and design departments and create quality notifications in SAP
• Contribute to process and workflow optimisation

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an electrician or a comparable completed vocational qualification
• Knowledge of integrating complex assemblies and systems is required
• Professional experience in production is desirable
• Knowledge of detailed functions in MS Office and required knowledge of SAP R/3
• Business-fluent German and advanced English skills
• Strong communication, coordination and integration skills, an independent working style, assertiveness, teamwork, a strong sense of responsibility, resilience and organisational talent, as well as willingness to undertake occasional business trips
