Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Logistik Integrator (m/w/d) – Materialfluss & Lagersteuerung – AIRBUS am Standort Donauwörth.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Warenannahme, Warenausgabe sowie Einlagerungs- und Kommissioniervorgängen

• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Materialhandlings und termingerechter Bereitstellung

• Zusammenstellung definierter Materialpakete inklusive Sichtprüfung

• Erstellung von Versand- und Begleitdokumenten (z. B. Fertigungshilfsmittel)

• Buchung von Warenbewegungen und Erfassung relevanter Daten in SAP

• Kontrolle von Eingangsbelegen und interner Versandpapiere

• Bereitstellung von Leergut zum Rückversand

• Eigenständige Durchführung von Bestandskontrollen, Inventuren und Verbrauchsanalysen

• Optimierung des Lagerbereichs im Hinblick auf Materialfluss und Effizienz

• Unterstützung von KVP-Maßnahmen (kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse)

• Kommunikation mit verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern und Kunden

• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Zweischichtmodell

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als

  • Logistikfachkraft, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandel, jeweils mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Lagerlogistik oder Supply Chain Management

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher

• Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsvermögen, Eigenverantwortung und Belastbarkeit

• Affinität zum Produktportfolio von Airbus Helicopters von Vorteil

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a Logistics Integrator (f/m/d) – Material Flow & Warehouse Control – AIRBUS at the Donauwörth site.

Your tasks

• Manage goods receipt, goods issue, storage and picking operations

• Ensure smooth material handling and on-time delivery of parts

• Prepare material packages and perform visual inspections

• Create shipping and support documentation (e.g. manufacturing tools)

• Post goods movements and maintain accurate records in SAP

• Check delivery documents and issue internal transport papers

• Prepare return shipments and empty containers

• Perform inventory checks and consumption analyses independently

• Monitor and optimize warehouse flow and efficiency

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (CIP)

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers

• Willingness to work in a two-shift system

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as

  • Logistics Specialist, Industrial Clerk or Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk with extensive experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management

• Strong knowledge of SAP

• Fluent in German

• Team-oriented, well-organized, and responsible working style

• Motivation, flexibility, and interest in the Airbus Helicopters product portfolio
