Design Engineer Structures (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

HESYS Engineering has been a specialized partner for engineering services for more than 25 years. We support customers in aerospace & high-tech with qualified specialists for demanding projects. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you support the design of aircraft structure components. You work on technical solutions, configuration topics and coordination with engineering interfaces.

Your tasks

• Design and validate structural components and assemblies
• Create and update 3D and 2D design data
• Support configuration management for changes and modifications
• Assist with repair requests and service bulletin checks
• Coordinate with internal design and engineering interfaces
• Communicate with manufacturing, systems engineering and stress teams

Your profile

• Completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field
• Experience in design or engineering of technical components
• Knowledge of metal, composite or hybrid design principles
• Experience with configuration management is an advantage
• Confident use of CATIA V5 and digital engineering tools
• Business-fluent English skills
