In dieser Rolle gestalten und sichern Sie das Qualitätsmanagementsystem einer Repair Station. Sie übernehmen Aufgaben als Component Certifying Staff nach EASA Part 145, prüfen Reparaturen und unterstützen die Fachbereiche bei der regelkonformen Umsetzung technischer und qualitativer Anforderungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Übernahme der Funktion als Component Certifying Staff Part 145 unter dem geltenden Maintenance Organisational Approval
• Sicherstellung der QMS-Compliance mit internen Vorgaben und externen regulatorischen Anforderungen
• Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse im Bereich Repair Station
• Erstellung und Pflege von QM-Dokumentationen, Richtlinien und Arbeitsanweisungen
• Unterstützung von Audits, Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen sowie Beratung und Schulung der Fachbereiche
• Fachliche Anleitung der Prüfer, Prüfung von Reparaturen und Ausstellung von Freigabedokumenten zur Lufttüchtigkeit

Ihr Profil

• Qualifikation als Techniker, Fachwirt oder vergleichbarer Abschluss im Ingenieurwesen, in Luft- und Raumfahrt oder einem technischen Fachgebiet
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Erfahrung in Luft- und Raumfahrt, Qualitätsmanagement und Qualitätssicherung
• Erfahrung in technischer Dokumentation und Werkstoffprüfung
• Zwingend erforderliche Detailkenntnisse der Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen gemäß EASA Part 145
• Vertiefte SAP-Anwendungskenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher sowie eine analytische, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

In this role, you design and maintain the quality management system of a repair station. You act as Component Certifying Staff in accordance with EASA Part 145, inspect repairs and support specialist departments in implementing technical and quality requirements.

Your tasks

• Act as Component Certifying Staff Part 145 under the applicable Maintenance Organisational Approval
• Ensure QMS compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
• Analyse existing repair station processes and define improvement measures
• Create and maintain quality documentation, policies and work instructions
• Support audits, implement corrective actions and provide training and guidance to specialist departments
• Guide inspectors, verify repairs and issue the relevant airworthiness release documentation

Your profile

• Qualification as a technician, technical specialist or comparable professional in engineering, aerospace or another technical discipline
• More than two years of experience in aerospace, quality management and quality assurance
• Experience in technical documentation and materials testing
• Mandatory detailed knowledge of quality and safety requirements according to EASA Part 145
• Advanced SAP application skills and confident use of Google Workspace
• Business-fluent German and English with an analytical, structured and responsible working style
