Project Leader Transformation & Supply Chain (d/f/m) – AIRBUS

In this role, you lead business-driven improvement projects within a transformation environment, helping operations move towards future standardized processes.

Your tasks

• Acting as a bridge between current operations and future standardized processes

• Translating operational requirements into harmonized business processes

• Identifying improvement projects to be launched via the Inflow Control Board

• Prioritizing initiatives with the highest impact on savings, revenue and sustainability

• Ensuring delivery of objectives in time, scope, cost and quality

• Leading cross-functional project teams and governance across all phases

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics or business-related fields

• Several years of experience in supply chain, customer service or transformation projects

• Solid knowledge of SAP environments and structured data contexts

• Strong change mindset with flexibility in uncertain environments

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions

• Fluent English is required; German or French is a plus
