Sie übernehmen eine koordinierende Rolle im Supply Chain Umfeld mit Fokus auf kritische Materialverfügbarkeit und schnelle Reaktionsfähigkeit bei Störungen im operativen Ablauf.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Steuerung des Materialflusses sowie Lösungsfindung bei AOG-Situationen
• Abstimmung von Bedarfen mit Lieferanten und Sicherstellung korrekter Anforderungen
• Platzierung, Verfolgung und Nachsteuerung von Bestellungen inkl. Eskalationsmanagement
• Analyse von Lieferverzögerungen und Umsetzung von Recovery-Maßnahmen
• Mitwirkung bei der Definition und Optimierung logistischer Prozesse
• Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen zum Status von Bestellungen

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Technik oder Supply Chain / Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in Disposition, Materialbeschaffung oder Supply Chain Umfeld
• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie allgemeine IT-Affinität
• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit klarem Fokus auf Ergebnisse
• Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld
• Englisch verhandlungssicher sowie weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil

You will take on a coordinating role within the supply chain environment with a focus on critical material availability and rapid response to operational disruptions.

Your tasks

• Manage material flow and identify solutions in AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations
• Coordinate requirements with suppliers and ensure accuracy of demand
• Place, track and expedite orders including escalation handling

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, technical field or supply chain / logistics or comparable qualification
• Experience in material planning, procurement or supply chain environment
• Solid SAP knowledge and general IT affinity
• Structured and independent working style with strong result orientation
• Strong communication skills and confident interaction across functions
• Business fluent English required, additional languages are a plus
