Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als AIT Techniker Integration Satelliten & Mechanismen (m/w/d) – Space.

Die Abteilung arbeitet an Integration, Test und Entwicklung mechanischer sowie optischer Komponenten für Satelliten. In Ihrer Rolle übernehmen Sie anspruchsvolle Montage- und Integrationsarbeiten an Satellitenbaugruppen und Mechanismen, dokumentieren sauber nach Raumfahrtstandards und begleiten Tests bis in internationale Kampagnen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung mechanischer Montagen, Einbauten, Modifikationen und struktureller Reparaturen im Space-Umfeld.

• Integration von Baugruppen mit vielfältigen Funktionen sowie passgenaue Bearbeitung von Fügeteilen.

• Einbau von Lagern und Encodern sowie Anbringen von Testinstrumentierung.

• Bedienen von Messmitteln, Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Integrationsabläufen.

• Durchführen von Qualitätsprüfungen (First-Level) und Sicherstellen kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen.

• Arbeiten unter Reinraumbedingungen nach ISO8-Standard.

• Umsetzung geltender Arbeitsvorschriften, Kleben von Strukturkomponenten.

• Dokumentation der Arbeitsabläufe nach Integrations- und Qualitätsvorgaben.

• Begleiten von Testkampagnen im In- und Ausland.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Feinmechanikerin oder Mechanikerin, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Fachwirt, oder vergleichbar.

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Fertigung/Produktion; praktische Erfahrung in Montage, Integration und/oder Produktion ist erforderlich.

• Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln und Arbeiten nach technischen Unterlagen.

• Hohe Eigenverantwortung, selbständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise.

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch versiert.

• Sicherer Umgang mit Google Suite.

AIT Technician Satellite & Mechanisms Integration (m/f/d) – Space – AIRBUS

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for an AIT Technician Satellite & Mechanisms Integration (m/f/d) – Space.

The department performs integration, testing and development of mechanical and optical components for satellites. In this role, you carry out high-precision assembly and integration tasks on satellite structures and mechanisms, document your work to space standards, and support test campaigns in Germany and abroad.

Your tasks

• Perform mechanical assembly, installation, modifications and structural repairs in the space environment.

• Integrate assemblies with multiple functions and carry out precise fitting of joining parts.

• Install bearings and encoders and apply test instrumentation.

• Operate measuring equipment and prepare/execute integration procedures.

• Perform first-level quality inspections and support continuous improvement activities.

• Work under ISO8 cleanroom conditions.

• Apply applicable work instructions, including bonding of structural components.

• Document all integration steps according to aerospace procedures.

• Support test campaigns in Germany and internationally.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as precision mechanic or mechanic, ideally with further qualification as technician/specialist, or comparable.

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing/production; hands-on experience in assembly, integration and/or production is mandatory.

• Confident handling of measuring tools and working to technical documentation.

• High sense of responsibility, independent and proactive working style.

• Willingness for occasional business travel.

• Fluent German; proficient English.

• Good user skills with Google Suite.
