In dieser Position arbeiten Sie als Manufacturing Process Engineer im Bereich der mechanischen Systeminstallation für Widebody-Flugzeuge. Sie gestalten, optimieren und begleiten Fertigungsprozesse von der Entwicklungsphase bis zur Serienproduktion und leisten damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu Effizienz, Qualität und Industrialisierung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsplänen unter Berücksichtigung von Fertigungsanforderungen, Zeitkalkulationen und geltenden Vorschriften

• Aktive Gestaltung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen zur Verbesserung von Ablauf, Qualität und Effizienz

• Definition von Anforderungen an Werkzeuge und Maschinen zur industriellen Optimierung sowie Begleitung deren Implementierung

• Begleitung des gesamten Produktentstehungsprozesses von der Entwicklung bis zur Serienproduktion

• Initiierung und Steuerung von Feedbackschleifen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Fertigungsumgebung

• Verantwortung für die Neu- und Serienplanung von Baugruppen und Montagen

• Leitung und Mitarbeit in Teilprojekten, z. B. in den Bereichen Digitalisierung oder Automatisierung

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (mind. Bachelor), z. B. Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbar

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Fertigungs- oder Produktionsumfeld

• Erfahrung im Manufacturing Engineering, in der Prozessplanung oder Prozessverbesserung

• Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Konstruktion von Vorteil

• Strukturierte, qualitätsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

• Hohes Maß an Organisationsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Eigenverantwortung

• Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Schichtarbeit

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie Google Workspace

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch fortgeschritten

In this role, you work as a Manufacturing Process Engineer within the mechanical system installation area for widebody aircraft. You design, optimize and support manufacturing processes from development through serial production.

Your tasks

• Creation and maintenance of work plans considering manufacturing requirements, time calculations and applicable regulations

• Active design and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality

• Definition of requirements for tools and machinery and support of their industrial implementation

• Support of the entire process from development phase to serial production

• Initiation of feedback loops to continuously improve the manufacturing environment

• Responsibility for new and serial planning of assemblies and installations

• Leading and supporting sub-projects, e.g. in digitalization or automation

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable technical field

• Several years of experience in manufacturing, production or industrial engineering

• Experience in manufacturing engineering, process planning or continuous improvement

• Basic knowledge of design engineering is an advantage

• Structured, quality-oriented and responsible working style

• Strong organizational skills and resilience

• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills

• Willingness to work occasional shifts

• Confident use of SAP and Google Workspace

• Fluent German and advanced English
