Als Project Management Officer unterstützen Sie die Umsetzung der Operationsstrategie sowie das zentrale Strategieprogramm im Operationsbereich. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf PMO-Koordination, Projektsteuerung, Stakeholder-Kommunikation und der Etablierung einheitlicher Projektmanagementstandards.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Koordination der Umsetzung der Operationsstrategie und PMO-Unterstützung des zentralen Strategieprogramms im Operationsbereich
• Erstellung und Pflege relevanter Unterlagen, Berichte und Präsentationen zur Dokumentation des Programmfortschritts
• Kommunikationsschnittstelle und Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
• Aufbau und Etablierung von PMO-Standards zur Steuerung relevanter Projekte im Operationsbereich
• Unterstützung bei Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von Projekten zur Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Zielen, Qualitätsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorgaben sowie Unterstützung interdisziplinärer Projektteams
• Eigenverantwortliche Wahrnehmung administrativer Aufgaben der Bereichsleitung Operations Strategy & Development sowie selbstständige Erledigung der anfallenden Assistenztätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

• Mindestens Bachelorabschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Projektmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
• Erfahrung in der Rüstungs- oder Verteidigungsindustrie
• Erfahrung im Bereich Operations, Supply Chain Management oder in einer Strategieberatung ist wünschenswert
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden und -tools
• Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher sowie eigenständiger, strukturierter und flexibler Arbeitsstil, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

As a Project Management Officer, you support the implementation of the operations strategy and the central strategy program within Operations. The focus is on PMO coordination, project governance, stakeholder communication and the establishment of consistent project management standards.

Your tasks

• Coordinate the implementation of the operations strategy and provide PMO support for the central strategy program within Operations
• Create and maintain relevant documents, reports and presentations to document program progress
• Act as communication interface and collaborate with internal and external partners
• Develop and establish PMO standards for managing relevant projects within Operations
• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of projects to ensure schedules, objectives, required quality standards and legal requirements are met, and support interdisciplinary project teams
• Independently handle administrative responsibilities for Operations Strategy & Development management as well as associated assistance tasks

Your profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain management, project management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience working with interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with different stakeholders
• Experience in the defence industry
• Experience in operations, supply chain management or strategy consulting is desirable
• Sound knowledge of project management methods and tools
• At least business-fluent English as well as an independent, structured and flexible working style, strong communication and organizational skills and teamwork
