Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als System Engineer (m/w/d).

In dieser Position verantworten Sie die systemtechnische Auslegung, Weiterentwicklung und Integration komplexer Systeme. Sie arbeiten entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von der Anforderungsanalyse über Design und Integration bis hin zu Qualifikation und Serienüberführung – und stellen die Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Standards und Sicherheitsanforderungen sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyse von Kunden- und Nutzeranforderungen sowie Ableitung technischer Spezifikationen

• Entwicklung von System- und Subsystemkonzepten in Übereinstimmung mit der bestehenden Produkt-Referenzarchitektur sowie relevanten Normen und Standards

• Erstellung und Pflege technischer Anforderungsdokumente zur Freigabe durch Kunden

• Steuerung und Begleitung nachgelagerter Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsaktivitäten zur Sicherstellung der Systeminteroperabilität und Gesamtfunktionalität

• Überwachung von Produktionsprozessen einschließlich Materialbeschaffung und Lieferantenperformance

• Management der System- und Subsystemintegration sowie Begleitung von Qualifikations-, Verifikations- und Validierungsaktivitäten

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Produkt- und Systemsicherheitsanforderungen

• Mitarbeit bei Angebotserstellung, Kostenschätzungen und Terminplanung

• Weiterentwicklung der Produkt-Referenzarchitektur durch Einführung neuer Technologien und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, der Luft- und Raumfahrt oder eines vergleichbaren ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Studiengangs (Master/Diplom)

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Engineering-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Luft- und Raumfahrt

• Fundierte Erfahrung im Requirements- und Change-Management sowie im Systemdesign für Luftfahrtsysteme oder Testeinrichtungen

• Nachweisliche Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

• Erfahrung in Systemintegration sowie in der Durchführung von Qualifikations-, Verifikations- und Validierungstests

• Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Standards wie EN61010, EN62368 sowie luftfahrtspezifischer Standards (z. B. EN9100, DO-178C, DO-330) von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

• Erfahrung mit System-Engineering-Tools wie DOORS, Cameo, Jira, 3DExperience Tool Suite und Capital

• Teamorientierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Termintreue

• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a System Engineer (m/f/d).

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development and integration of complex systems across the entire product life cycle, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, safety requirements and the existing product reference architecture.

Your tasks

• Analysis of customer and user requirements and derivation of technical specifications

• Development of system and subsystem concepts aligned with the product reference architecture and relevant standards

• Preparation and maintenance of technical requirements documentation for customer approval

• Oversight of downstream development and construction activities to ensure interoperability and full system functionality

• Supervision of production processes including material procurement and supplier performance

• Management of system and subsystem integration as well as qualification, verification and validation activities

• Ensuring compliance with product safety and regulatory requirements

• Contribution to proposal preparation, cost estimation and schedule planning

• Driving continuous improvement and evolution of the product reference architecture through new technologies

Your profile

• Master’s or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable field

• Several years of professional experience in engineering, preferably in the aerospace sector

• Proven experience in requirements management, change management and system design

• Practical knowledge and experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

• Experience in system integration and qualification, verification and validation testing

• Knowledge of standards such as EN61010, EN62368 and aerospace standards (e.g. EN9100, DO-178C, DO-330) is an advantage

• Confident use of MS Office

• Experience with systems engineering tools such as DOORS, Cameo, Jira, 3DExperience Tool Suite and Capital

• Proactive team player with a high level of reliability and commitment

• Fluent business German and English
