Structural Engineering & Repair Analysis (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

You support structural repair analysis in an engineering environment with a focus on technical justification and high-quality deliverables. The role is aimed at candidates who are confident working in an international setting with English as the main working language.

Your tasks

• Perform structural analyses for damage limits and repair solutions on aircraft structures
• Use FEM methods for linear and non-linear assessments and evaluate analysis results
• Document technical results in reports for approval and authorization processes
• Provide analysis input for the preparation and publication of repair documentation
• Coordinate input and interfaces with internal teams, partners and subcontractors
• Support quality, availability and continuous improvement of repair analysis deliverables

Your profile

• Degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, civil engineering or a related field
• Several years of experience in structural analysis within an aerospace environment
• Strong background in FEM and structural assessment of metallic and composite structures
• Good knowledge of Nastran and a confident approach to technical analysis work
• Team-oriented, reliable and well-structured way of working
