In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Steuerung von Spezifikations-, KPI- und Dashboard-Aktivitäten im Programmumfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Stakeholder-Koordination, User Stories, Scope-Steuerung und termingerechter Umsetzung im myStep-Dashboard-Kontext.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Bereitstellung aller erforderlichen Inputs für den Product Owner
• Planung und Steuerung der Aktivitäten zur termingerechten Spezifikationserstellung
• Einbindung relevanter Stakeholder für Spezifikationen, Datenaufnahme und Validierung
• Unterstützung beim Befüllen von Spezifikationstemplates und Übersetzung in User Stories
• Klärung fachlicher Details mit BSD-Experten, lokalen Experten und Step-Ansprechpartnern
• Organisation der KPI- und Dashboard-Validierung sowie Dokumentation von Scope-Änderungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Projektmanagement, technischen Bereich oder in Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Luft- und Raumfahrt sowie im Projektmanagement
• Erfahrung in der Koordination komplexer Stakeholder- und Spezifikationsprozesse
• Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace
• Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
• Deutsch mindestens versiert und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher

• Clarify functional details with BSD experts, local experts and Step focal points
• Organize KPI and dashboard validation and document scope changes

Your profile

• Degree in project management, a technical field or business studies
• Several years of experience in aerospace and project management
• Experience coordinating complex stakeholder and specification processes
• Confident use of Google Workspace
• Proactive, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills
• Advanced German skills and business fluent English
