Als System- und Softwareingenieur entwickeln Sie komplexe Simulations- und Testsysteme für die Integration und Verifikation moderner Radarsensoren durch Hardware- und Software-in-the-Loop-Tests. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Softwaremodulen, Verifikationstests und der Integration der Testsysteme in verschiedene Radar-Systemtestumgebungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Implementierung von Softwaremodulen für Radar-Simulationssysteme.
• Definition, Implementierung und Durchführung von Software- und Systemverifikationstests.
• Unterstützung bei der Integration der Testsysteme in verschiedene Radar-Systemtestumgebungen.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Mathematik, Physik, Elektrotechnik oder Informatik mit mindestens Master- oder Diplomabschluss oder vergleichbare Qualifikation auf mindestens Master- oder Diplomniveau.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in C und C++.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python.
• Sehr gute Linux-Kenntnisse.
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung für Embedded-Systeme und/oder Qt-Applikationen ist von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse in IBM Rational DOORS sind von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse in UML sind von Vorteil.
• Mindestens verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens versierte Englischkenntnisse.
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses.
• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und hohe soziale Kompetenz.

As a Systems and Software Engineer, you will develop complex simulation and test systems for the integration and verification of modern radar sensors through hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop testing. Your work will focus on software modules, verification testing and integrating test systems into different radar system test environments.

Your tasks

• Implement software modules for radar simulation systems.
• Define, implement and conduct software and system verification tests.
• Support the integration of test systems into different radar system test environments.
• Create the required project documentation.
• Contribute to task planning, including estimating development effort.

Your profile

• Completed degree in mathematics, physics, electrical engineering or computer science at a minimum of master’s or Diplom level, or a comparable qualification at a minimum of master’s or Diplom level.
• Very good knowledge of C and C++.
• Very good knowledge of Python.
• Very good knowledge of Linux.
• Experience in development for embedded systems and/or Qt applications is an advantage.
• Knowledge of IBM Rational DOORS is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UML is an advantage.
• German language skills at a minimum of business-fluent level and English language skills at a minimum of proficient level.
• Very good analytical skills and the ability to understand new topics quickly.
• Good communication skills to ensure the flow of information.
• Strong teamwork skills and high social competence.
