Sie übernehmen die Integration, Montage, Prüfung und Wartung von Radarsystemen. Das technische Umfeld umfasst Digital-, Niederfrequenz- und Hochfrequenzbaugruppen, Sendermodule sowie Racks und Cabinets einschließlich deren Integration und Prüfung auf Subsystemebene.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Integration von Radarsystemen unter Einhaltung von Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätsvorgaben
• Montage und Verkabelung komplexer Baugruppen und Systeme nach aktuellem MDP
• Durchführung von Teilprüfungen an Radarsystemen
• Durchführung von Reparaturen sowie Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
• Erstellung mechanischer Fertigungsdokumentationen
• Entwurf und Erstellung von Fertigungshilfsmitteln
• Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei Prozess- und Ablaufoptimierungen
• Durchführung technischer Klärungen mit Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsabteilungen
• Erstellung von Qualitätsmeldungen in SAP

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker/in für Geräte und Systeme oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation auf Berufsausbildungsniveau
• Berufserfahrung in der Produktion
• Kenntnisse in der Integration komplexer Baugruppen und Systeme
• Kenntnisse von Detailfunktionen in MS Office und SAP R/3
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und versierte Englischkenntnisse
• Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten für die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Koordinations- und Integrationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Fähigkeit, sich in ein Team zu integrieren
• Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent
• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland

You will carry out the integration, assembly, testing and maintenance of radar systems. The technical environment includes digital, low-frequency and radio-frequency assemblies, transmitter modules, racks and cabinets, including their integration and testing at subsystem level.

Your tasks

• Integrate radar systems in accordance with time, cost and quality requirements
• Assemble and wire complex assemblies and systems according to the current MDP
• Perform partial tests on radar systems
• Carry out repairs, maintenance and restoration work
• Prepare mechanical manufacturing documentation
• Design and create manufacturing aids
• Contribute to and support process and workflow optimisation
• Clarify technical matters with development and design departments
• Create quality notifications in SAP

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for devices and systems or a comparable qualification at vocational training level
• Professional experience in production
• Knowledge of integrating complex assemblies and systems
• Knowledge of detailed functions in MS Office and SAP R/3
• Business-fluent German and proficient English
• Good communication skills for collaboration across departments
• Independent working style, coordination and integration skills, and assertiveness
• Ability to integrate into a team
• A strong sense of responsibility, resilience and organisational skills
• Willingness to undertake domestic and international business travel
