Supply Officer (m/w/d) – Supply Management EF Serie

Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich Supply Management EF Serie suchen wir Sie als Supply Officer (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle stellen Sie die termingerechte Materialversorgung sicher und sind zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fertigung, Einkauf, Logistik und internationalen Partnern.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sicherstellen der termingerechten Materialversorgung für die EF Serie am Standort Manching und bei EPCs (European Partner Companies)

• Durchführung, Überwachung und Kontrolle der Disposition sowie des Anliefermanagements

• Schnittstelle zwischen Fertigung, Einkauf, Logistik, Manufacturing Engineering und EPCs

• Flugzeugbezogene Informationsbeschaffung zu Beständen, Lieferterminen und Bedarfen (geplant/ungeplant)

• Mitwirkung bei der Bedarfserkennung und Analyse für Ersatzteile, Reparaturen und Modifikationen

• Unterstützung bei der Nutzung alternativer Versorgungsmöglichkeiten und firmeninterner Ausweichartikel

• Fehlteilmanagement inkl. Aufbau und Umsetzung von Fehlteilreporten

• Teilnahme an internationalen Meetings

Ihr Profil

• Ausbildung/Studium: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain oder Logistik (mind. Bachelor) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) in Disposition/Materialbeschaffung, Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement oder Supply Chain/Logistik

• IT-/Fachkenntnisse: Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Detailfunktionen), SAP-Kenntnisse (Detailfunktionen), Erfahrung mit OPAL von Vorteil

• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch versiert

• Weitere Qualifikationen: Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit

Your tasks

• Ensure timely material supply for the EF Series at Manching and EPCs (European Partner Companies)

• Execute, monitor, and control material planning and inbound delivery management

• Act as interface between production, procurement, logistics, manufacturing engineering and EPCs

• Collect and analyse aircraft-related information (stock levels, delivery dates, scheduling, planned/unplanned demands)

• Contribute to demand analysis for spare parts, repairs, and modifications

• Support in implementing alternative supply solutions and internal substitute items

• Manage missing parts, set up and implement reporting processes

• Participate in international meetings

Your profile

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics (Bachelor or higher) or equivalent qualification

• Professional experience: Several years (min. 3) in material planning/procurement, purchasing, supplier management or supply chain/logistics

• IT/technical skills: Advanced MS Office skills, solid SAP knowledge, OPAL experience beneficial

• Languages: German fluent, English proficient

• Other qualifications: Strong communication and presentation skills, independent and reliable way of working, assertiveness and team spirit
