Sie steuern Bau- und Infrastrukturprojekte im Facility-Management-Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Elektro- und MSR-Technik und verantworten Qualität, Kosten und Termine.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Gesamtverantwortung für Bauprojekte im Facility Management (Organisation, Technik, Kosten, Termine)

• Steuerung externer Fachplaner, Architekten und Dienstleister inkl. HSE-Standards

• Planung und Umsetzung der Projektorganisation (Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation)

• Prüfung von Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanungen sowie Leistungsverzeichnissen

• Angebotsbewertung, Mitwirkung bei Vergaben und Beauftragung von Bauleistungen

• Aktives Risiko-, Chancen- und Vertragsmanagement sowie Wissenstransfer aus Projekten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Elektro-, Gebäude-, Versorgungs- oder Umwelttechnik)

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Facility Management

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektro-/MSR-Technik sowie Arbeitssicherheit

• Strukturierte, ergebnisorientierte und kommunikationsstarke Arbeitsweise

• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

You manage facility management construction projects with a focus on electrical and I&C systems, ensuring delivery on quality, cost, and schedule.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for facility construction projects (organization, engineering, cost, schedule)

• Coordination of external planners and contractors including HSE compliance

• Setup and management of project organizations and workflows

• Review of design, permitting, and execution plans and specifications

• Evaluation of bids, support of award negotiations, and commissioning of works

• Active risk, opportunity, and contract management with lessons learned integration

Your profile

• Degree in electrical, building services, environmental engineering, or comparable

• Several years of experience in project and facility management

• Strong background in electrical/I&C engineering and safety management

• Structured, results-driven working style with strong communication skills

• Willingness to travel within Germany

• Business-fluent German and English skills
