Für einen Projekteinsatz bei unserem bekannten, internationalen Kunden HENSOLDT in Ulm suchen wir Sie als Integrations-/ Wartungsfachkraft (m/w/d).

AUFGABEN

Die Abteilung Naval & Ground Rader Units ist verantwortlich für die Montage und Prüfung aller Marine- und Bodenradar- und elektronischen Kampfführungsprodukte, einschließlich dem mechanischen Erstaufbau und der Verdrahtung von Testsysteme und Simulatoren.
Sie sind verantwortlich für folgende Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben:

• Integration / Montage von Baugruppen / Module nach Zeichnung und Stückliste in Zeit, Kosten und Qualität
• Durchführung von Reparaturen, sowie Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
• Herstellung gecrimpter, mechanisch gesicherter oder gelöteter Verbindungen nach IPC-A-610 / 620
• Revision- und Konfigurationskontrolle und -pflege
• Erstellung von mechanischen und elektrischen Fertigungshilfsdokumentationen sowie Initiierung von Änderungen
• Mitarbeit / Unterstützung bei Prozess- und Ablaufoptimierungen
• Rechtzeitige Identifikation und Lösung von Problemen während des Produktionsprozesses
• Erstellung von Qualitätsmeldungen in SAP

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Berufsausbildung vergleichbarer Qualifikation mind. Berufsausbildung oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Elektroniker-in für Geräte und Systeme, Systemelektroniker-in, Mechatroniker-in
• Erfahrung in der Integration von komplexen Baugruppen und Systemen
• Erfahrungen im Arbeiten nach Zeichnungsunterlagen erforderlich
• Kenntnisse gecrimpter, mechanisch gesicherter oder gelöteter Verbindung nach IPC-A-610 beziehungsweise J-STD-001 und IPC-A-620
• IT: MS-Office mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen, SAP (Modul ERP / PLM) Kenntnisse wünschenswert
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. versiert

We are seeking an Integration/Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d) for a project assignment with our well-known international customer HENSOLDT in Ulm.

TASKS

The Naval & Ground Radar Units department is responsible for the assembly and testing of all naval and ground radar and electronic warfare products, including the initial mechanical assembly and wiring of test systems and simulators.
You will be responsible for the following activities and tasks:

• Integration/assembly of assemblies/modules according to drawings and bills of materials within time, cost, and quality.
• Performing repairs, as well as maintenance and repair work.
• Manufacturing crimped, mechanically secured, or soldered connections according to IPC-A-610/620.
• Revision and configuration control and maintenance.
• Creation of mechanical and electrical production documentation and initiation of changes.
• Collaboration/support in process and workflow optimization.
• Timely identification and resolution of problems during the production process.
• Creation of quality notifications in SAP

QUALIFICATIONS

• Vocational training with a comparable qualification (at least vocational training or completed training as an electronics technician for devices and systems, system electronics technician, or mechatronics technician)
• Experience in the integration of complex assemblies and systems
• Experience in working with drawings required
• Knowledge of crimped, mechanically secured, or soldered connections according to IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 and IPC-A-620
• IT: MS Office with at least detailed knowledge of functions; SAP (ERP/PLM module) knowledge desirable
• Language skills: At least fluent in German, at least proficient in English
