Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im strategischen und operativen Einkauf für Kabinenausstattung und Catering-Systeme und tragen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Flugzeugprogrammen bei.

• Verhandlung kundenbezogener Produktanpassungen im Rahmen terminlicher und kommerzieller Vorgaben

• Mitarbeit im gesamten Beschaffungsprozess von der Angebotsphase bis zur Vertragsverhandlung

• Überwachung und Betreuung von Lieferantenverträgen über alle Projektphasen hinweg

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vertraglicher Vereinbarungen in Bezug auf Kosten, Qualität, Logistik und Support

• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Lieferantenbeziehungen im Tagesgeschäft und in laufenden Projekten

• Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams während Ausschreibungs-, Vergabe- und Vertragsphasen

• Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Optimierung von Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozessen

• Beitrag zur Reduzierung von Kosten und Risiken bei gleichzeitiger Steigerung des Kundennutzens

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, internationales Management oder vergleichbar

• Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Lieferanten- oder Vertragsmanagement oder in der Supply Chain

• Verständnis für kommerzielle Zusammenhänge und vertragliche Prozesse

• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Tools; erste Erfahrung mit SAP von Vorteil

• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

• Analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicheres Auftreten

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

HESYS Engineering is a partner for highly specialized engineering, project and procurement services in high-tech environments such as aerospace and defence. With more than 20 years of experience, we support demanding programs across the entire product lifecycle.
For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

Your tasks

In this role, you will support strategic and operational procurement activities for cabin and catering equipment and contribute to the successful execution of aircraft programs.

• Negotiation of customer-specific product adaptations within schedule and commercial constraints

• Support of procurement activities from bidding to contract negotiation

• Monitoring and management of supplier contracts throughout innovation, development, serial production and support phases

• Ensuring supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, logistics and support

• Day-to-day management of supplier relationships within ongoing projects

• Participation in multifunctional teams during tendering and contract execution phases

• Support of initiatives to optimize procurement processes

• Contribution to cost reduction and risk mitigation while maximizing customer value

Your profile

• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, international management or a comparable field

• Professional experience in procurement, supplier management, contract management or supply chain environments

• Understanding of commercial and contractual processes

• Confident handling of common office tools; initial experience with SAP is an advantage

• Business-fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage

• Analytical, structured and independent working style

• Strong communication skills and negotiation capability

• Willingness to travel occasionally
