Als Procurement Controller übernehmen Sie Planungs-, Controlling- und Reportingaufgaben für Einkaufsbereiche. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Kapazitäts-, Kosten- und Budgetplanung sowie der transparenten Steuerung von Projekt- und Programmkosten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung der Planungszyklen für Workload, Cost-Center-Planung, Headcount-Empfehlungen, Budget und Capex
• Controlling und Reporting von Lieferantenkosten, Programmfortschritt, Stunden, Headcount, Cost-Center-Kosten, P&L und Capex gemäß den operativen Zielen
• Konsolidierung, Integration und Aufbereitung aller planungs- und controllingrelevanten Daten für Procurement-Bereiche zur Optimierung von Kapazitäten und Programm-/Projektkosten, z. B. Reisen, Material und Subcontracting
• Berechnung des Estimate at Completion (EAC) einschließlich der zugehörigen Controlling-Aktivitäten
• Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Transparenz über Projektstatus und Projektkosten
• Unterstützung des Programmmanagements, des Einkaufs sowie weiterer Fachbereiche

Ihr Profil

• Master-/Diplomabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling und mehr als drei Jahre im Finanzwesen
• Erfahrung im Budgetcontrolling, in der Kostenrechnung, im Procurement Controlling oder einem verwandten Bereich ist erforderlich
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in MS Office
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in SAP
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher sowie proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, analytische Fähigkeiten, lösungsorientiertes Handeln, hohe Genauigkeit und sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und Managementebenen

As a Procurement Controller, you are responsible for planning, controlling and reporting activities for procurement areas. The focus is on capacity, cost and budget planning as well as transparent management of project and program costs.

Your tasks

• Ensure planning cycles regarding workload, cost center planning, headcount recommendations, budget and Capex
• Ensure controlling and reporting regarding supplier costs, program progress, hours, headcount, cost center costs, P&L and Capex according to operational targets
• Consolidate, integrate and prepare all planning- and controlling-relevant data for procurement areas to optimize capacity and program/project costs such as travel, material and subcontracting
• Calculate the Estimate at Completion (EAC), including the associated controlling activities
• Ensure the necessary transparency regarding project status and project costs
• Support program management, procurement and other departments

Your profile

• Master’s degree or diploma in business administration or economics
• More than three years of professional experience in controlling and more than three years in finance
• Experience in budgetary controlling, cost accounting, procurement controlling or a related area is required
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office
• Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP
• At least business-fluent German and English as well as a proactive and independent working style, analytical skills, a problem-solving approach, a high level of accuracy and the ability to deal with various stakeholders and all levels of management
