Sie steuern Abläufe im Produktionsumfeld und sorgen für Transparenz, Koordination und stabile Fortschritte in der Flugzeugendmontage. Die Rolle verbindet operative Planung, Schnittstellensteuerung und Begleitung von Produktionszielen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung und Koordination von Arbeitspaketen im Produktionsumfeld
• Abstimmung mit Teams sowie Betreuung fachlicher Themen im Tagesgeschäft
• Vorbereitung, Koordination und Moderation von Produktionsbesprechungen
• Monitoring von Zielen, Lieferperformance und relevanten Maßnahmen
• Einleitung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen bei internen und externen Störungen
• Koordination von Restarbeiten, Beanstandungen und operativen Schnittstellen

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Produktion, Fertigung oder Produktionssteuerung im Luftfahrtumfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse von Produktionsprozessen im Flugzeugbau
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher

Your tasks

• Plan and coordinate work packages in a production environment
• Align with teams and support technical topics in daily operations
• Prepare, coordinate and moderate production meetings
• Monitor targets, delivery performance and related actions
• Initiate and follow up measures for internal and external disruptions
• Coordinate rework, findings and operational interfaces

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, aerospace or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in production, manufacturing or production control in aerospace
• Good knowledge of production processes in aircraft manufacturing
• Structured, independent and assertive way of working
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Business fluent German and English skills
