Gesucht wird ein Technical Shopfloor Support für strukturelle Restarbeiten während der Ausrüstungsmontage der A320-Familie. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der technischen Unterstützung der Produktion sowie auf der Bewertung, Steuerung und Beseitigung offener Strukturthemen im laufenden Produktionsprozess.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung und Vorbereitung von Arbeitsaufträgen und Arbeitspaketen
• Bestellung beziehungsweise vorzeitige Bereitstellung von Material
• Bewertung und Steuerung von Non-Conformities im SAP-System
• Begleitung und Beratung des Produktionsteams
• Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Regelrunden sowie Abstimmungen vor Ort, unter anderem direkt am Flugzeug
• Erkennung, Analyse und Lösung wiederkehrender technischer Probleme
• Tägliche Systempflege in Tandem und Sicherstellung der Transparenz von Manufacturing-Engineering-relevanten Strukturthemen
• Sicherstellung der vereinbarten Servicelevel und Vorgaben zwischen Struktur- und Ausrüstungsmontage
• Betreuung des Flugzeugdurchlaufs während des laufenden Produktionsprozesses
• Dokumentation von Störungen
• Unterstützung im Folio Management
• Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung interner und externer Störungen einschließlich entsprechender Eskalationen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder Meisterqualifikation in Fahrzeugbau, Flugzeugbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder Mechatronik
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung
• Mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Automobilbereich beziehungsweise Fahrzeugbau
• Mehr als vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in Fertigung beziehungsweise Produktion
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Flugzeugbau
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Manufacturing Engineering
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Luftfahrtmechanik
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Strukturmontage
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Gute Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement
• Technisches Produktverständnis zur Erkennung von Zusammenhängen in der Produktion und zur entsprechenden Priorisierung
• Deutsch mindestens verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens fortgeschritten
• Intrinsische Motivation und Fähigkeit, eigenständig und proaktiv zu handeln

We are looking for Technical Shopfloor Support for outstanding structural work during equipment assembly of the A320 family. The focus is on providing technical support to production and assessing, managing and resolving open structural issues within the ongoing production process.

Your tasks

• Create and prepare work orders and work packages
• Order materials or arrange their earlier availability
• Assess and manage non-conformities within the SAP system
• Support and advise the production team
• Prepare and participate in regular meetings and on-site coordination, including directly at the aircraft
• Identify, analyze and resolve recurring technical problems
• Perform daily system maintenance in Tandem and ensure transparency regarding structure issues relevant to Manufacturing Engineering
• Ensure compliance with agreed service levels and requirements between structural and equipment assembly
• Support the aircraft flow throughout the ongoing production process
• Document disruptions
• Provide support in Folio Management
• Initiate measures to resolve internal and external disruptions and perform the corresponding escalations

Your profile

• Completed technical degree or master-craftsman qualification in automotive engineering, aircraft engineering, aerospace engineering or mechatronics
• More than two years of professional experience in work preparation
• More than five years of professional experience in the automotive sector or vehicle construction
• More than four years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
• More than three years of professional experience in aircraft construction
• More than two years of professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering
• More than three years of professional experience in aviation mechanics
• More than three years of professional experience in structural assembly
• Advanced practical knowledge of SAP and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Good knowledge of process management
• Technical understanding of the product to recognize relationships within production and prioritize accordingly
• German at least at negotiation level and English at least at an advanced level
• Intrinsic motivation and the ability to act independently and proactively
• Process-oriented thinking and solution-oriented action in the customer’s interest
• Independent, well-structured working style and responsibility for the complete product
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Persistence, endurance, stress resistance and the ability to deal professionally with setbacks
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system with early and late shifts
