In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie das Performance Management innerhalb einer IT-Organisation. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Kennzahlenreporting, IT-Dashboards, Datenqualität, Service-Governance und der Weiterentwicklung transparenter Reporting-Strukturen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung globaler Kennzahlenreports für Legal Entities
• Erstellung und Optimierung von IT-Dashboards, Reports und Performance-Scores
• Analyse von Abweichungen sowie Nachverfolgung von Datenlieferungen
• Unterstützung bei Root-Cause-Analysen mit Data Ownern und Fachbereichen
• Durchführung von Datenqualitätsprüfungen und Freigabeprozessen für Reporting-Landschaften
• Pflege von Prozessdokumentationen, Knowledge Articles und Governance-Strukturen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Performance Management und Reporting
• Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse-Tools und Enterprise-Plattformen
• Erfahrung mit ServiceNow, Microsoft Power BI, LeanIX und MS Office
• Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

In this role, you support performance management within an IT organization. The focus is on indicator reporting, IT dashboards, data quality, service governance and the development of transparent reporting structures.

Your tasks

• Maintain and further develop global indicator reports for legal entities
• Create and optimize IT dashboards, reports and performance scores
• Analyze deviations and follow up on data deliveries
• Support root-cause analyses with data owners and specialist departments
• Perform data quality checks and approval processes for reporting landscapes
• Maintain process documentation, knowledge articles and governance structures

Your profile

• Completed degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or comparable qualification
• Experience in performance management and reporting
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and enterprise platforms
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Power BI, LeanIX and MS Office
• Structured, analytical way of working as well as teamwork and assertiveness
• Business-fluent German and English skills
