IHRE AUFGABEN

Der Bereich Simulation Solutions entwickelt und betreibt komplexe Simulationssysteme für den militärischen Markt. In der Simsphere® Simulation Suite werden Sensor-Simulatoren erstellt, die in Kombination mit anderen Simulatoren realistische Gesamtszenarien abbilden und verifizieren. Bestehende Systeme werden kontinuierlich erweitert und an neue Anforderungen angepasst.Ihre Aufgaben:

• Erstellung von Testplänen, Testspezifikationen und Abnahmedokumentationen
• Durchführung, Analyse und Bewertung von Softwaretests
• Dokumentation und Nachtests von Fehlern, Unterstützung bei Fehleranalysen
• Optimierung der Testprozesse und Mitarbeit an automatisierten Tests/Deployment
• Nutzung moderner Tools (DOORS, Jira/Confluence, Docker, VMs, Git, Bamboo)
• Zusammenarbeit in agilen Teams (SCRUM, SAFe)

IHR PROFIL

Studium / Ausbildung

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (mind. Bachelor)
• Oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung

Berufserfahrung

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Softwaretest oder in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit

IT-Kenntnisse

• Erfahrung mit DOORS und Jira/Confluence
• Grundkenntnisse in Python wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse in Linux, Docker und virtuellen Maschinen (VMs)
• Erfahrung mit Testautomation (z. B. Bamboo), Versionskontrolle (Git, Bitbucket)

Sprachen

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher
• Englisch: versiert

Weitere Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in systematischer Testfallerstellung
• Idealerweise ISTQB-Zertifizierung
• Vertraut mit agilen Methoden (SAFe, SCRUM)
• Bereitschaft, sich in neue Tools und Technologien einzuarbeiten

YOUR TASKS

The Simulation Solutions division develops and operates complex simulation systems for the military market. The Simsphere® Simulation Suite creates sensor simulators that, in combination with other simulators, map and verify realistic overall scenarios. Existing systems are continuously expanded and adapted to new requirements.

Your responsibilities:

• Creation of test plans, test specifications, and acceptance documentation
• Execution, analysis, and evaluation of software tests
• Documentation and retesting of errors, support with error analysis
• Optimization of test processes and participation in automated tests/deployment
• Use of modern tools (DOORS, Jira/Confluence, Docker, VMs, Git, Bamboo)
• Collaboration in agile teams (SCRUM, SAFe)

YOUR PROFILE

Education / Training

• Completed technical degree (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• Or comparable training with professional experience

Professional Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in software testing or a similar role

IT Skills

• Experience with DOORS and Jira/Confluence
• Basic knowledge of Python desirable
• Knowledge of Linux, Docker, and virtual machines (VMs)
• Experience with test automation (e.g., Bamboo), version control (Git, Bitbucket)

Languages

• German: Fluent
• English: Proficient

Other Qualifications

• Experience in systematic test case development
• Ideally, ISTQB certification
• Familiar with agile methodologies (SAFe, SCRUM)
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
