Technischer Mitarbeiter Integration & Mechatronik (m/w/d) – ARIANEGROUP

Sie unterstützen die Integration mechatronischer Baugruppen und Systeme im Umfeld anspruchsvoller Raumfahrtprojekte. Die Aufgabe verbindet Montage, Prüfung, Dokumentation und technische Mitwirkung im laufenden Integrationsprozess.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Integration von Komponenten, Baugruppen, Leitungen, Tanks und Kabelbäumen nach Vorgaben und Zeichnungen
• Prüfung von Material, Unterlagen und Arbeitsaufträgen auf Vollständigkeit und Korrektheit
• Selbstständige Durchführung von Montagearbeiten mit Übergabe an die Qualitätssicherung
• Dokumentation der Arbeiten und Rückmeldungen in den vorgesehenen Systemen
• Erkennung, Beschreibung und Bearbeitung von Abweichungen im Integrationsablauf
• Unterstützung bei technischen Klärungen, Reparaturen und Verbesserungen im Arbeitsumfeld

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Mechatronik, Fluggerätmechanik, Flugzeugbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Montage, Integration, Qualität oder Fertigungsumfeld
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im MAIT-Bereich
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
• Kenntnisse in Fertigungsstandards wie ECSS oder IPC für Löten und Crimpen von Vorteil
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch fortgeschritten

You will support the integration of mechatronic assemblies and systems in a demanding space project environment. The role combines assembly, inspection, documentation and technical support within the ongoing integration process.

Your tasks

• Integrate components, assemblies, lines, tanks and cable harnesses based on instructions and drawings
• Check materials, documents and work orders for completeness and accuracy
• Perform assembly work independently and hand over results to quality assurance
• Document completed work and feedback in the relevant systems
• Identify, describe and process deviations during integration activities
• Support technical clarifications, repairs and continuous improvements

Your profile

• Completed training in mechatronics, aircraft mechanics, aircraft manufacturing or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in assembly, integration, quality or manufacturing environments
• At least 2 years of experience in the MAIT area
• Good MS Office and SAP skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing standards such as ECSS or IPC for soldering and crimping is an advantage
• Business fluent German and advanced English
