Gesucht wird ein Change Agent für den Bereich Single Aisle. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der strategischen Planung, Koordination und nachhaltigen Umsetzung von Lean-Prinzipien und -Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des gesamten Arbeitssystems.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Strategische Planung, Koordination und nachhaltige Umsetzung von Lean-Prinzipien und -Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des gesamten Arbeitssystems
• Leitung der Konzeption, Organisation, Moderation und Nachbereitung einschließlich Dokumentation von Workshops und Workshopreihen
• Steuerung des Stakeholder-Managements sowie aktive Auswahl der relevanten Bereiche und Personen
• Durchführung detaillierter Prozessaufnahmen im Current-State und systematische Aufdeckung von Verschwendung in Abläufen, Methoden, Verfahren und Tätigkeiten des übergeordneten Arbeitsgebiets
• Erarbeitung von Future-State-Konzepten mit taktischen Implementierungsplänen als praxisnahen Transfer-Leitfäden sowie fundierten Wirtschaftlichkeitsuntersuchungen für Sponsoren und Auftraggeber
• Umsetzung beziehungsweise Leitung von Projekten und Teilprojekten sowie nachhaltige Absicherung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen in Prozessen und Fertigungsabläufen
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Fertigungs-, Prozess- und Qualitätsverfahrensanweisungen
• Durchführung von Schulungen, Anpassung der Standard-Schulungsunterlagen an die spezifischen Anforderungen der jeweiligen Bereiche sowie Tätigkeit als Coach und Berater in enger Abstimmung mit dem Sponsor
• Aufdeckung von Abweichungen gegenüber bestehenden Standards, Leitung praktischer Versuche und Untersuchungen zur Validierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Lean-Standards, Tools und Methoden

Ihr Profil

• Mindestens Bachelorabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder Internationalem Management
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Change Management und mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Prozessverbesserung und mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement; Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse ist von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse im Change Management und Projektmanagement sowie Grundkenntnisse im Lean Management und Risk Management
• Kenntnisse in Google Workspace; Kenntnisse in Skywise und eine Affinität zu künstlicher Intelligenz sind von Vorteil
• Deutsch und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent

We are looking for a Change Agent for the Single Aisle area. The focus is on the strategic planning, coordination and sustainable implementation of lean principles and methods for the continuous improvement of the entire work system.

Your tasks

• Strategically plan, coordinate and sustainably implement lean principles and methods to continuously improve the entire work system
• Lead the design, organization, moderation and follow-up, including documentation, of workshops and workshop series
• Manage stakeholders and actively select the relevant areas and individuals
• Conduct detailed current-state process analyses and systematically identify waste in workflows, methods, procedures and activities within the wider area of responsibility
• Develop future-state concepts with tactical implementation plans as practical transfer guidelines and prepare well-founded economic feasibility analyses for sponsors and customers
• Implement or lead projects and subprojects and sustainably secure optimization measures in processes and manufacturing workflows
• Support the preparation of manufacturing, process and quality procedure instructions
• Conduct training, adapt standard training materials to the specific requirements of the respective areas and act as a coach and consultant in close coordination with the sponsor
• Identify deviations from existing standards, lead practical trials and investigations to validate improvement potential and continuously develop lean standards, tools and methods

Your profile

• At least a bachelor’s degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or international management
• More than two years of professional experience in change management and more than three years of professional experience in project management
• More than two years of professional experience in process improvement and more than two years of professional experience in quality management; experience in data analysis is advantageous
• Good knowledge of change management and project management as well as basic knowledge of lean management and risk management
• Knowledge of Google Workspace; knowledge of Skywise and an affinity for artificial intelligence are advantageous
• At least negotiation-level proficiency in German and English as well as good communication skills, teamwork, a strong sense of responsibility, resilience and organizational skills
