Technical Data Engineer (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Technical Data Engineer (m/w/d).

In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Ersatzteil- und technischen Daten für Hubschrauberprogramme. Sie arbeiten an der Schnittstelle zwischen Konstruktion, Logistik und Support und stellen die Datenkonsistenz sowie die Unterstützung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Verwaltung von Ersatzteildaten durch Auswahl und Konfiguration korrekter Ersatzteile auf Basis von Design-Definitionen oder Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) im PLM-System

• Definition der Austauschbarkeit von Ersatzteilen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Konstruktionsabteilung sowie Bewertung technischer und logistischer Auswirkungen auf Hubschrauberkonfigurationen

• Erstellung und Pflege bebilderter Teiledaten (Illustrated Parts Data) als Grundlage für den Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC)

• Aktive Mitarbeit an Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung mit Fokus auf Datengenauigkeit, Kundenzufriedenheit, neue Vorschriften und Prozessentwicklungen

• Autonome Analyse und Bearbeitung technischer Änderungen und Anfragen wie ECP, LSA, Service Bulletins, Technical Events und Vendor’s Data zur Bewertung der Supportability

• Aktualisierung von IPL- und Ersatzteil-Datenbanken sowie Unterstützung der ILS-Angebotsbearbeitung bei globalen Änderungen

• Definition und Erstellung delegierter Konstruktionsdokumente

• Auswahl von Ersatzteilen gemäß MIL-STD 1388 2B

• Erstellung und Validierung von Ersatzteildaten und IPC-Strukturen gemäß S2000M

• Implementierung und Veröffentlichung von Verbindungen zur Austauschbarkeit, Interoperabilität und Kompatibilität

• Bewertung digitaler Mockups und Hubschrauberkonfigurationen sowie Visualisierung im IPL

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Luft- und Raumfahrt (mindestens Bachelor)

• Alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, z. B. als zertifizierter Techniker, mit relevanter Berufserfahrung

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Engineering-Umfeld

• Erfahrung im Konfigurationsmanagement und/oder im Bereich Support und Services

• Kenntnisse in der Erstellung bebilderter Ersatzteilkataloge

• Kenntnisse einschlägiger Standards wie S1000D, S2000M, S3000L oder MIL-STD 1388 2B wünschenswert

• Allgemeines Fachwissen über Hubschrauber und zugehörige Systeme

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP sowie G-Suite und Dokumentationssoftware

• Hohe Kundenorientierung und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein

• Lernbereitschaft und Wunsch zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung

• Sorgfältige, belastbare und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher, Französisch wünschenswert

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a Technical Data Engineer (m/f/d).

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing spare parts and technical data for helicopter programs, working at the interface between design, logistics and in-service support.

Your tasks

• Management of spare parts data by selecting and configuring correct spare parts based on design definitions or logistic support analysis within the PLM system

• Definition of interchangeability in cooperation with design departments and assessment of technical and logistical impacts on helicopter configurations

• Creation and maintenance of illustrated parts data forming the illustrated parts catalog

• Active contribution to continuous improvement initiatives focusing on data accuracy, customer satisfaction, regulations and process evolution

• Autonomous analysis and handling of technical changes and requests such as ECP, LSA, service bulletins, technical events and vendor data to assess supportability

• Updating IPL and spare parts databases and supporting ILS offer preparation for global changes

• Definition and creation of delegated design documents

• Selection of spare parts in accordance with MIL-STD 1388 2B

• Creation and validation of spare parts data and IPC structures in compliance with S2000M

• Implementation and publication of interchangeability, interoperability and compatibility relations

• Evaluation of digital mock-ups and helicopter configurations and visualization within the IPL

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering

• Alternatively, a comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience

• Several years of experience in an engineering environment

• Experience in configuration management and/or support and services

• Experience in creating illustrated parts catalogs

• Knowledge of standards such as S1000D, S2000M, S3000L or MIL-STD 1388 2B is an advantage

• General knowledge of helicopters and related systems

• Proficient use of MS Office, SAP, G-Suite and documentation tools

• Strong customer orientation and quality awareness

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally

• Careful, resilient and team-oriented working style

• Fluent business German and English, French is an advantage
