Sie vertreten die Qualitätsbelange im Bereich Airframe und koordinieren Qualitätsaktivitäten innerhalb von Projekten. Ihre Schwerpunkte liegen auf APQP, First Article Inspection und Prüfplanung sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit Manufacturing Engineering und Design Engineering.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Umsetzung der APQP-Elemente Control Plan, Unterstützung der P-FMEA und SPC in Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten Stakeholdern
• Vertretung des gesamten Qualitätsbereichs im Projekt, Planung einzelner Qualitätsaktivitäten und bereichsübergreifender Austausch mit den Schnittstellen
• Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von FAI-Aufgaben, einschließlich Vorbereitung und Organisation, FAI-Kick-off und Maßnahmenverfolgung
• Planung, Koordination und Verfolgung von Aufgaben der Prüfplanung, z. B. Control Plan, Prüfpläne und Prüfdynamisierung, sowie verantwortliche Erstellung spezifischer, komplexer Prüfanweisungsdokumente
• Funktion als Bindeglied zu Manufacturing Engineering und Design Engineering
• Unterstützung bei Arbeitsplänen und SOI (Standard Operation Instructions) sowie deren Freigabe
• Teilnahme an Multi Functional Team (MFT)-Runden und Vertretung der Qualitätsbelange

Ihr Profil

• Technische Ausbildung mit Qualifikation mindestens auf Techniker-/Fachwirtniveau
• Jeweils mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Engineering, Fertigung/Produktion, Projektmanagement und Qualitätsmanagement
• Kenntnisse in APQP und im Umgang mit technischen Dokumenten
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und versierte Englischkenntnisse
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine lösungsorientierte Handlungsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

You will represent quality interests in the airframe domain and coordinate quality activities within projects. Your responsibilities focus on APQP, First Article Inspection and inspection planning, as well as collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering and Design Engineering.

Your tasks

• Implement the APQP elements Control Plan, P-FMEA support and SPC in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
• Represent the entire Quality function within the project, plan individual quality activities and coordinate across functional interfaces
• Plan, coordinate and perform FAI activities, including preparation and organization, FAI kick-off and action follow-up
• Plan, coordinate and track inspection planning activities, e.g. control plans, inspection plans and inspection frequency adjustment, and take responsibility for creating specific, complex inspection instruction documents
• Act as the interface to Manufacturing Engineering and Design Engineering
• Support and approve work plans and SOI (Standard Operation Instructions)
• Participate in Multi Functional Team (MFT) meetings and represent quality interests

Your profile

• Technical vocational training with a qualification at least at technician/Fachwirt level
• More than three years of professional experience in each of engineering, manufacturing/production, project management and quality management
• Knowledge of APQP and experience working with technical documents
• Business-fluent German and proficient English
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills
