Outstanding Works Manager Production Aviation (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

HESYS has 25 years of experience in staffing demanding technical positions. Our focus is on projects in the aerospace and high-tech environment. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you support Outstanding Works Management across preFAL, FAL, Flight Line and Delivery. The focus is on component availability, quality assurance, non-conformity closure and coordination of production-related work packages.

Your tasks

• Ensure complete availability of aircraft components in line with Airbus quality standards
• Manage outstanding work, non-conformities, late modifications and configuration assurance
• Coordinate multifunctional teams across production, quality, engineering and delivery areas
• Track and document Work Orders, NCs, concessions, QLBs and Airbus Log Book topics
• Analyze technical issues, define suitable solutions and follow up corrective actions
• Support supplier part quality and contribute to reducing cost of non-quality

Your profile

• Technical qualification, master craftsman level or technical degree in aerospace or engineering
• Experience in production planning, manufacturing engineering or production control
• Initial experience in project coordination or leading technical work packages
• Good SAP knowledge and confident use of Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of process management; Skywise knowledge is an advantage
• Business fluent English and Spanish; German skills are an advantage
