You coordinate operational and strategic activities within engineering environments, focusing on workforce planning, process alignment and information flow.
Your tasks
- Manage workload versus workforce planning and ensure data consistency in tools
- Support capacity analysis, delivery performance monitoring and risk management
- Coordinate resource planning, tracking and deviation analysis
- Develop and maintain skill matrices for competency and resource transparency
- Support process optimization, strategy definition and internal coordination
- Ensure structured communication, reporting and information management
Your profile
- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field
- Experience in engineering, project management or process-oriented roles
- Knowledge of data analysis, resource planning and risk management
- Structured working style and ability to manage complex information flows
- Strong communication skills across different organizational levels
- Business fluent English and ability to work in international teams
