Procurement & Supply Chain Management (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

HESYS Engineering is a specialized partner for aerospace and high-tech industries with over 25 years of experience in delivering demanding projects. We support our customers with qualified experts and efficient project execution. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.
You will manage procurement activities and supplier relationships within a complex international program environment.

Your tasks

• Lead cross-functional procurement activities and act as main interface for stakeholders
• Develop and implement commodity and sourcing strategies
• Manage sourcing processes and contract negotiations
• Monitor and improve supplier performance and relationships
• Conduct market analysis and support global sourcing activities
• Identify and drive value creation and improvement initiatives

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, business or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, contract management and supplier management
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
• Experience with SAP and procurement processes
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
