Business Analyst Product Management (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In this role, you support the operational and financial steering of a services portfolio across programs. The focus is on business analytics, reporting, data intelligence, automation and stakeholder-oriented decision support.

Your tasks

• Support business initiatives through research, analysis, structured frameworks and deliverables
• Collect, streamline and analyze financial, operational and technical service data
• Track business trends and prepare insights for timely and informed decision-making
• Develop reporting, visualizations, dashboards and documentation for business steering
• Analyze technical repair data and translate findings into business opportunities
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements and automation solutions

Your profile

• Completed master’s degree or diploma in business informatics, business administration, technical studies or comparable qualification
• Experience in controlling, sales, project management and contract management
• Knowledge of aircraft services, repair, lease or exchange processes is beneficial
• Good knowledge of Java, Python and SQL as well as advanced SAP application skills
• Confident use of Google Workspace; experience with Skywise, Google Apps Script or Gemini is an advantage
• Business-fluent English skills; German skills are beneficial
